SKYTEK Building Services

I am the Store Manager at the Cashbox Jewelry & Pawn Co. on Grant & Alvernon. Picor manages our building, and they have apparently hired SKYTEK to wash our sidewalks. I would highly recommend this company for cleaning services. Herman and Edward got my sidewalks and windows spotless! Thanks guys.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This company was doing repairs on the house next to mine. The workers were using my water without permission. No telling how long that was going on. I called and they stopped however it started up again March 2. Water isn't free. And to do it over a two month period, no telling how much I had to pay for their usage. It'ss not cool. Shady company practices.

I worked on the owners rv and after removing the graphics i found an unfinished repair spot and showed him that someome had removed and replaced the decals before. I showed him the damage they did and showed him a stain that i couldnt buff out and he approved the work, offered me refreshments and well wishes before i left. When i posted the results on the facebook group i market my services in he commented on it telling me to delete the post and was blaming me for the previous damages and accused me of causing the stain which doesnt make sense because if it was my chemical that caused it then there would be stains all over rv everywhere there was a decal before and there wasn't. He then had me kicked out of the group which will end up costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars and since i sent him video proof that my tools and chemicals cant harm the rv he has not replied. I even offered to repair the previous damages for free if he would have me reinstated to the facebook group and still no reply so i would just like to offer my experience dealing with the owner as a warning to anyone looking to do business for or with his company.
