Steamy Concepts team has always done a great job cleaning carpets for me at my office building and my personal residence.

Special shout out to Carlos, my initial contact with Steamy, and Hector, who did the hard work on the asbestos removal. Great job guys, both of you! I was totally impressed with the professionalism, communication and caring they provided for my property. Fast, reliable, and efficient. I hope I never need to use you guys for asbestos ever again...I think we got it all! Truly appreciate their effort, honest quote and satisfaction delivery. 8/10/2025: DO. NOT. USE. THEM !! I was seriously disappointed, and frankly ticked off with the overall business practices of Steamy Concepts. We had a toilet leak in the MB of our house, and called to get a quote. The tech that came out, Ezra, said he'd get the quote to us ASAP. The "complimentary" quote had to be requested by email 4 times, and took nearly a week to get! The quoted amount was $1945. Then, when they removed the toilet, and started to dry the sub-flooring, Steamy sent me a new invoice, nearly $900 higher!! What steamy doesn't tell you on their initial estimates is that they charge you extra for the drive time for their techs to get to your house, and to get necessary equipment from the warehouse! These should be no-charge items, as it is simple common sense that techs will have to get equipment, and also travel from point A to B. Then, they ALSO charge extra for time the techs DO NOT spend at your house, working! They actually tried to charge me for 4 hrs, one day, when the techs were only at my home for 30 min. !! It took 3 1/2 weeks of going back and forth with Steamy and my insurance agent, stating that I would rather make a very public court case to get Steamy to agree to accept their original estimate of $1945. After the insurance settled the claim, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks, and make a written request for confirmation and a copy of the final "Paid" invoice. DO NOT USE STEAMY CONCEPTS!! On the other hand, their sister company Royalty Renovations provided all documentation in a timely manner, came and did the re-installation and repairs right on time, and stuck VERY close to their original estimate.
9/1/2025: Note that nearly a month later, they haven't responded. I kept every e-mail, invoice and "explanation" ever sent between Steamy, the insurance adjuster and myself. I can document and prove every underhanded (likely illegal) thing they've said and tried to bill me for.
