I don’t often do this kind of a review, if ever. I have used this service for years. They have always been understanding with any concern I have brought to them. Their willingness has always been to help with scheduling conflicts, visitors, vacations and the list goes on. This is besides doing the job I expect of them. The teams have always been courteous and fun to be around.

The detailed clean came very close to my expectations! Toilets were shiny, bathrooms clean, floors mopped and vacuumed, things generally straightened in an aesthetically pleasing pattern… I’m a fan! The only thing I would critique is the fact that a mirror in one of the rooms was broken with no explanation? Would be nice to have a credit for replacement. Other than that, great work!

They are both very pleasant and friendly, working hard - efficiently - producing a clean house.

Six months has gone by - still pleased with the monthly service.11/24:
Sheila & Norma were here about an hour and a half. Initial look shows they did a good job. My allergies now dictate weekly vacuuming - which I will do downstairs & in the master bedroom. They need not spend time there next time. I would prefer they spend the time saved by moving our treasures in order to do a more thorough dusting. I’ll handle the top shelf of the fixture with the tv in the family room.
