Hired Family Air to work on a rental I own. They were quick to respond and did a great job fixing the problem. The reason for my poor review is that they added $200 worth of Freon to my system without getting prior approval for the expense, it wasn't on the original quote. They also charged a $95 service call when they went out to identify the problem. I've never had a company charge for the service call unless I didn't hire them to do the repair work. Family Air charge the service call even though I had them perform the repair work.

Wonderful company! We used them to install our HVAC several years ago. Not only did they have the best price, they were very personal, professional, non-salesmen-y, and quick. Since then, whenever we need an urgent repair they are able to get there within the day or next. Their service call price is very reasonable, and they are in and out very quickly. If you are looking for any type of HVAC installation/service, I highly recommend this company!

This past June, I turned on my aged A.C., and nothing but hot air... again! For the past several years, I've used the services of Family Air to nurse the ol' gal along, but after 30 years of faithful service, I knew it was a goner.
I called around for a couple of quotes for replacement, but due to the great service that Family Air has provided me, they won the bid. Mostly because of the great service they've provided in the past.
Bill came out and talked with me about my requirements, and I scheduled a date for the replacement.
They showed up on time, as they always have, and began the work.
Ken and Michael were the installation techs, and they busted their backs to complete the installation. It took a good 7 hours for them to complete the job, and Bill came by several times to check on their progress.
Late i te installation, the techs ran into a problem, and Jim, the owner showed up and set things straight.
All in all, I couldn't ask for better service. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and always provide great service. Friendly, too!
I'm a satisfied customer, and will continue to employ their services And my new A.C. is awesome!.
