Well.... service technician never showed up for the appointment. They never called during the 4.5 hours I waited. Why on earth would I want to schedule with them and be treated so. Go somewhere local.

Let me start off by saying, we are American home shield customers and every year since we bought our house, we have an issue with our hvac unit, and every year AHS puts us in contact with a poorly reputable company, that either doesn’t come out, or doesn’t fix the issue.
With that said, this time around we were expecting the same old thing , AHS will Make us wait 48 hours for contact and weeks for repair.
Wrong. David came out (a little later than we expected but still showed up and spent the necessary time diagnosing the system) and we were actually impressed.
If you’re like me and looking at the reviews- please don’t let the couple of negatives make you feel uneasy. As someone who runs a successful business myself, you truly can’t please everybody and emotions run high when you’re dealing with this AZ heat. David was thorough, our AC is still working great a couple hours after he has left, and we look forward to doing business with him in the future since we have an older unit that will either need more work, or fully replaced.

Health issues that aren’t compatible with the extreme heat, and two kids with asthma, we sincerely appreciate David and his efforts today. -

Went through American Home Shield October 2025 due to air conditioner not working. The service man came out told my husband he “rigged it to work,” and had to order a part and would be back within the month to finish the job. Multiple calls and emails to this company by my husband and American Home shield and no response. 6 months later and another call to this company this week by my husband and American Home Shield and this company did not answer again. Horrible company. Avoid this company at all costs. They will rig your system and never come back so it is on you to have to pay someone else to fix the issue when it breaks again. Avoid this company. If zero stars was available that is what I would rate this company.
