Dawson arrived on time was very friendly analyzed the problem immediately fixed the A/C and it works perfectly we were charged a very fair price and we couldn't be happier well done Nichols!!

UPDATE: Response came back in evening email, so it was not 2 days! Their pricing is excellent compared to competitor (another DIAMOND RATED INSTALLER for Mitsubishi Mini Split system. The rep that came out, Paul, was easy to address questions to, and he gave clear responses, described the install process...made you feel very comfortable that he knows his business and will stand behind the product and installation if there happen to be any problems, which I do NOT expect.
