I basically was screwed by Curtis Plumbing, so I reached out to Rite Way Septic Division. Best idea I ever had!!! From the first appt with Frankie, then pumping with Jiame, to the above and beyond new pumps, floats, control box and more, Jacquin was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Take my recommendation and only use Rite Way for your septic needs. I also use them for my HVAC system as well.

Serena at RiteWay Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, calm, and incredibly professional from the very first call. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. It’s rare to find a dispatcher who is both efficient and genuinely kind, but Serena nailed it. She’s a true asset to RiteWay Plumbing and made a stressful situation so much better. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Rite Way for many years so when we decided to install a mini-split, there was no doubt that we would call them! As usual, their work and customer service was 5- star! Ramon and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable. The project got started less than a week after we purchased it and was completed in less than a day. The installation looks amazing and they left everything clean. Even after the project is completed, their aftercare is above and beyond! We will always go to Rite Way for our heating and cooling needs!

Thomas was awesome! From the very start, Thomas was patient with my many questions answering all questions with expert knowledge. Plus... with humor! Both knowledge and humor helped during my first time getting a septic tank pumped. Thomas also helped diagnose a clogged line toward the leach field. I explained that I have experience replacing damaged sewer lines and Thomas scoped the outlet pipe toward the leach field, measured distance, slope, depth, and marked where the clog is so I'll be able to excavate the soil. He gave me great tips about using copper sulfate or salt around buried pipe to avoid root growth. Thomas hosed lots of gunk off of concrete risers. He explained everything he was doing... pumping, stiring up tank contents, misalignment of inlet and outlet pipes, details about cleaning filter, septic tank construction and proper "operation" and so much more! He also showed me a larger 6in filter that I was glad I was able to buy during this service call. Overall... 5star performance in every aspect of this visit.

We had an urgent plumbing issue with very bad timing for us as we occupants had obligations that ran long and we had to call off their service visit twice when they called to say they could be there in about 15 minutes. When we were finally home their tech came in, was very engaged and knowledgeable, presented a couple options and explained the differences and benefits and drawbacks well. Didn’t push for the more expensive service, got the work done efficiently but didn’t just rush away. I called them because of a previous experience where they were one of several bids, we didn’t go with them, but their tech rep impressed me so for this I called them first. I want to thank Selena for the great service!

Called Rite Way about an A/C issue and they had a tech at our door within 40 minutes. Marcus was efficient and friendly and got our system fixed quickly.

Separately, on 11/26/25 Joseph came out to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC system. Joseph not only did an outstanding and thorough maintenance and inspection, he pointed out multiple spots where we were losing air through leaky seams in the plenum and also where the furnace met the floor. Unfortunately these were from the installation that another company (Ultra Air) did when we bought our Trane system from them 4 years ago. Ultra had even been out subsequently for maintenance but never pointed out or fixed these issues. Had Joseph not pointed these out we’d still be throwing money away from air loss. Joseph went above and beyond in sealing all air gaps and additionally replacing the leaky patchwork plenum that Ultra apparently thought was ok. The before and after photos tell the story. Thank you Joseph!

I just wanna say right way heating cooling and plumbing. I highly recommend JOSH CHAPMAN really knows his stuff. from the moment he came out of his truck and introduced himself to me and shook my hand. I felt I was in very good hands. Very nice neat and respectful. Help me out in so many ways pointing me In the right direction communicated well with me on what he was doing what the process was made me feel comfortable on his work outstanding work ethic Took the time to explain to me on the services he was providing and giving me his upmost. Old house, cast iron pipes. Called Rite Way to clear a sewer drain clog. The technician, Brandon, who performed the service was prompt, thorough, and professional. He made some recommendations (many of which were fair and most that I'm already aware of--again old house) but he wasn't overly aggressive. I ended up scheduling a free pipe/camera inspection to learn more about the different options and pricing available to extend the longevity of our 75+ year old cast iron pipes. Overall, good experience. I'd recommend them based off of my first service with the company.

Josh and Carlos did a wonderful job! They were able to get out the same day I called and took care of everything. They even did a double check on everything to make sure everything was working properly before they left. Would highly recommend them!

I would add a picture but I didnt know if I should be using the toilet or not.
Dillon was great. Nice young man. Came out 1st day (Sun)but this was an emergency call. And on a Sunday so he couldn't fix the situation at that moment but would be back next day. As promised he returned and replaced the toilet. Would I use Rite Way again? Yes. No doubt about it.

Needed to have our backflow valves inspected and serviced. Rite Way was able to come out the very next day. The technician, Jerald, was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to walked me through all the options to service the valves so they could pass inspection.

I want to commend all the employees at Rite Way -Septic Division!! When I had to have my tank pumped again in just 3 years, we all determined that I had a leach field problem. The best we could tell was that the system was using the old field from the mid 70's!!! The tank was fine, installed new in 2014 when we bought the property.
The crew started on the 15th and was done in 3 days!! The guys were very accommodating, answering all my questions in ways that I fully understood what was happening all along the way. When they left the yard was put back better than when they started!! Eloy, Emilio, Eduardo, Tate, Johnathan, Jiame, and Frank were all professional and exhibited true commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend Rite Way - Septic HIGHLY.

Andrew Seebeck was awesome. When our HVAC was not working properly, he listened to our observations before getting started, kept us informed as he was performing diagnostics, and communicated clearly the problems found, options for repair, and pricing. He got our HVAC working properly the same day. We appreciate his courtesy and professionalism. When we require services in the future we will definitely request Andrew! Josh and Carlos were fabulous. They saved the day during our visit to Tucson. They handled all the issues in our vacation rental and I hardly knew they were here. They were clean and polite and did a first class job. I am going to recommend Rite Way to my son who lives here, all year, in Tucson.
