I basically was screwed by Curtis Plumbing, so I reached out to Rite Way Septic Division. Best idea I ever had!!! From the first appt with Frankie, then pumping with Jiame, to the above and beyond new pumps, floats, control box and more, Jacquin was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Take my recommendation and only use Rite Way for your septic needs. I also use them for my HVAC system as well.

She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. It’s rare to find a dispatcher who is both efficient and genuinely kind, but Serena nailed it. She’s a true asset to RiteWay Plumbing and made a stressful situation so much better. Highly recommend.
