Our 20 year old water heater was just not cutting it anymore. Kevin and Daryl showed up exactly when they said they would. The job Advantage Air Mechanical did was fantastic, even though the job turned out to be much more extensive then anyone could have imagined. The previous owner of my house did many of the repairs and remodels. He vented the water heater right into the roof, not through the roof. Luckily no one in our family became sick or died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Kevin and his guys saw the problem, fixed the problem professionally and without any major delay. The extra charge for so much more than what the original job called for was more than reasonable. Advantage Air has earned another loyal customer.

We and I thank you all for your awesome reviews. Here at Advantage Air Mechanical we strive to provide ECC(excellent customer care). That starts with the office CC and Betty are the 2 kindest and caring ladies I know. To my co worker Darryl, he'll always be honest and will care for all your HVAC needs. Then you have our BOSS Travis he'll NEVER leave you cool or hot, super honest and a great guy to work for. Again thank you for your reviews

James came out to service our Carrier A/C unit which was originally installed by Advantage Air Mechanical. James is excellent at explaining the details of our AC/heater system and how we, as owners, can be proactive and get the the best performance out of that system. We especially appreciate his insight on what to do with the old swamp cooler attached to our system. I highly recommend James and Advantage Air Mechanical for your residential A/C and heating needs.
