Perry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

They installed a new air conditioning unit, and it hasn’t worked right since day one and that was about two months ago. I would highly suggest someone else…today once again, the fan stays on and there is no cooling so it’s just gotten hotter and hotter…in Tucson Az that becomes a bit more than a nuisance.

Update… they called me asked me to change the rating sense they came out and fixed it…two weeks later nd it has broken down again…I am losing track of how many times my new ac hs broken down in the last two months sense it was installed…this is getting absurd….

never, repeat never will I deal with them on a new install. I am at a loss on what to do…what a nightmare.

Matt was on time,, friendly and very informative as to helping me with the problems in my new townhouse. He corrected everything as needed, cleaned up after himself and removed my old items for me.
