Desert Rain always does a great job. They go beyond like repairing a leaky drip system and moving some lines for us even though it wasn't called out in the quote. We're pretty simple (weeds, cleanup, pre-emergent and trimming), but they treat us like we're more than that.

Desert Rain Landscaping did a wonderful job transforming our backyard. They were reliable and reasonably priced. We also replaced a gravel area with pavers. Wonderful to work with from beginning to end.

Love the place. The people are very friendly and I get almost all my gaming stuff and comic books from them. My brother and mother get a few records as well.

Glossy initial presentation but very poor execution. The project took a year to complete and was plagued by multiple mistakes and errors. They were not thorough and left bits of materials scattered behind. I cannot recommend them.

I have had some bad luck with contractors lately so, I decided to go to a higher end place to have my backyard redone. My experience was frocked with one misunderstanding after another and they are VERY expensive. When Baran made her project proposals to me a new irrigation system was included. Baran had to redo the proposals because the pricing was wrong on both. It took them over a month to start my project and then another month to complete it (my backyard is about 250 sq ft). I had to hunt down the project manager to find out any information about my project. At the finish of my project, Realm had forgotten to add the sales tax. I don't mind paying sales tax but, I had thought it was included in the contract. Coughing up the unexpected $500 was really unappreciated. On top of this, I didn't get the new irrigation system Baran and I discussed. They say I only contracted for half and irrigation system. Who does that? Realm's contracts are on online, not on paper and they are extremely vague. During the proposal/contract signing process, there were so many errors that I went through 4 versions before Baran finally produced a product I would sign. Now Realm says I only paid for part of an irrigation system even thought the price on my contract indicates a new one. The bottom line is: my experience was not professional and I am only moderately happy with the end result. You can do better somewhere else!

Jason and his team consistently go above and beyond for their clients. They consider EVERYTHING about your outdoor experience!!! Weather exposure, drainage, traffic patterns through a space, vegetation size and growth rates, flow for outdoor entertaining, planting conditions, color palette, lifestyle needs, appropriate materials, etc, etc, etc. I am blown away by their original designs, the amount of detail and specifications that go into their finished design deliverables, and the follow-up and problem solving that they go through to please every client. Great work, Realm. Tucson needs more companies like you!

Jason did an amazing job on our landscaping. We completely changed our yard, adding beautiful trees and a variety of plants. Totally upgraded the irrigation, added lighting, changed grading, added a brick patio etc.
His crew was amazing, they worked so hard, showed up on time always working diligently. We had several companies show up to give a bid then they never produced. Not the case with Jason, he gave us a plan and a bid. It's been a year and the yard has filled in and is beautiful. Very happy

All the one star reviews here are dead on. They talk a big game and deliver very little. After having them service our property for 6 months we noticed things like weed pulling and basics were be left undone. They made excuses for every complaint and then refused to service our property unless we spent 4000 dollars to replant trees in our backyard. The excuse was that the yard was unsafe for the workers. They are only interested in charging high prices and doing very little work in return.

Beware of dishonest responses. All invoices paid when received. Can't pay for something that is not sent. Also notice I'm not their only 1 star review. Almost all of what was responded to here is a lie. I will post our contract that shows weed pulling but I'm sure that they will have yet another excuse or lie in response.

We normally do yard work ourselves, but we needed a major cleanup. Weeds, overgrown plants, stump removal, lots of dead tree limbs and even some junk haul away. Realm did it all, made the process really easy and fast. Thanks, Priscilla for being so kind.

Jason is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, communicative and clearly cares about his customers. He helped me with diagnosing what was going on with my citrus tree as well as several other trees on the property. It was clear to me that he definitely knew what he was talking about. I hope to work with Realm on future projects.
