Set up appointment, they never showed, or called. When I contacted them to say don't bother, I received a very rude "no problem".

3 times they came out, their employees blow tree trimmings into my yard. I contacted main office and they did nothing about it. My camera caught this poor workmenship each time.

I have been using this company for years. My yard always looks great and they are very reliable. The prices are even better. I would recommend them to any and everyone!!!!

Long story short: I DO NOT recommend these guys. They damaged my exterior stucco wall and partially fixed it. I provided paint and they proceeded to paint another area with the same color but it’s supposed to be a different color. Still haven’t come out to fix it and it’s been since early July.

Long story: I met Edgar (very nice guy) working on my neighbor’s yard so I ask for a quote, and he provided me with Ben’s card. I called Ben, he came out next day (pretty quick!) for an estimate. Ben seemed very nice and professional so wife and I decided to give him the opportunity to trim our huge mesquite tree. They come out and his guys are an hour late. But they come and they just hang out for another hour. Luckily I didn’t have anywhere to be so I can keep an eye on them and guide them with the trimming if needed. They start trimming and cleaning and I felt my house shake. I come out and the only worker speaking english admitted they damaged the house. Stucco is fixed but it is ugly. At the end of the day, half the tree is trimmed. A bunch of dead branches and mistletoes are still attached. I asked Edgar about it and he said they didn’t have a red pole to reach. As my neighbor said, you don’t come to bake a cake without your tools. How can they not have all of their tools to trim a tree??

I unhappily reached out to Ben and he says pay him half for now and he’ll come out Wednesday, July 5th. He never showed or reached out. Tucson’s first monsoon hit and sure enough, a HUGE part of the tree falls and hits my neighbor’s roof. Thankfully only a tile fell and was easily attachable so my neighbor did it quick. I contact Ben and tell him so his guys come next day and clean up the chunk that fell. I text him again and ask if he’s coming to take care of the rest of the tree, he says yes.

Fast forward a month later, the other side of this huge tree starts drooping over my neighbor’s yard. We decided to handle it ourselves but I texted Ben anyway to let him know about it and tell him if he can come pick up the chunk, that would be great. No response.

So PLEASE, if you care about EVERYTHING that a business offers (professionalism, timely manner, quality work, and all the good stuff), DO NOT reach out to these guys.

Brothers Landscaping did an amazing job on removing five Oleanders, one of which was very old and deep rooted. Very reasonable and affordable pricing. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the work performed at my home today. Benjamin arrived promptly and went over with me the work I wanted done on my semi neglected front and back yards. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me a very reasonable quote. Work was completed in a timely manner, same day, exactly per my request. Highly recommended and will use their services again on a regular basis

I have had Brothers Landscaping doing my yard maintenance for over 10 years. Benjamin and his team have been timely and responsive for all the years.

They have removed dead trees and shrubs, sold us replacements and managed our irrigation equipment.

I’d recommend them to anyone.

This company was recommended to me by another business who has worked on my house. I really wanted to like them, but after several scheduling compromises (both on my part and Benjamin's), the owner texted 20-25 minutes before his estimate appointment and said "nope". I asked what the reason was--not that it made it better for me to rearrange everyone's schedule involved--but he went silent. I'm sure my friend, who is a big business person in town, will be disappointed as well because he is out here recommending Brother's Landscaping on a lot of his jobs. I will say that the communication before today was nice and we were looking forward to a great partnership. Hopefully everything is physically & mentally okay with Benjamin and others around him.
