We just had artificial turf installed in our backyard by Big Bully Turf, and wow—what a fantastic experience from start to finish! Bonus points for being a woman-owned business… so honestly, excellence was expected. 😉

The entire process was seamless—great communication, thoughtful design guidance, and a hardworking, professional crew, guided by Cesar, that clearly takes pride in what they do. Our design consultant, Taylor, was especially wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was just right.

The true mark of a great company is how they handle the unexpected. When the initial product delivered wasn’t exactly what we had agreed on, they jumped into action immediately. Within hours, the correct turf was on its way, and they still completed the installation on the original schedule without missing a beat. That level of responsiveness and commitment speaks volumes.

The end result? Beautiful, lush turf—and one very happy pooch who is absolutely loving her new grassy paradise. 🐾

I just finished a fairly large installation of turf at my new build in Vail , Arizona. It is stunning and a complete make over of my back yard. I did my research prior to choosing Big Bully. I needed the most durable turf that could stand up to the abuse from large heavy dogs over 150 pounds. In addition the turf needed to weather the hot Arizona heat and monsoons in the summer. The best is what Big Bully provides.

The installation process from start to finish was extremely smooth. Scott was my initial point of contact for my introduction and estimate. The crew that proceeded on installation day were top tier. Angel my project manager and Steven my team lead we’re so good that I am requesting them on my next project that will begin in the following weeks 💯💯

The whole experience from day one was awesome. We missed the green grasses of New York but not the mowing so decided to put a little green in our back yard in Arizona even though it would be artificial. Didn't know who to call but once we saw the ad for Big Bully Turf we had the answer. It has totally changed the look and feel of our back yard area. The quality of the material was so different from any we had seen. The crew that did the installation had a long and hot day but did not quit until the job was done. It looks so good you just want to take your shoes off and walk barefoot. So if you are looking to enhance your yard area, look no further. Just got my turf installed last week and Alfredo and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very respectful of my property, they kept everything neat and clean. The turf looks amazing, I'm so happy with the results. Highly recommend these guys. I love it!!!!

My turf was installed yesterday 1/23/2026. So far the experience has been great. Our design consultant, Lucas, was friendly and thorough. He listened and was able to put together a design that incorporated our likes and met our budget. We received every bit of information requested in a timely manner and we reminded of our installation date. Angel was our Project Manager. He reached with details prior to installation day. He crew arrived on and Angel and Lucas took time to go over the project again before installing. Angel’s crew was fast, friendly, and respectful of my property. They went above expectations. I am so pleased with the final result.

Big Bully Turf made the process very easy for us. They removed trees and bushes and then laid the turf. The crew worked so efficiently and fadt. It looks and feels great. Luna loves the turf so much better than the gravel. It makes playing ball so much more fun!

AMAZING. Exactly what I wanted. What a wonderful product Big Bully Turf sells. Finally something that's not black on the back! Outstanding crew that listened to any of my input I had about my project. They walked it with me to make sure it was all absolutely perfect. Great people, great company, and great finished product.

They do NOT take care of their plants!!! How crappy it is to neglect the plants there. Especially the indoor houseplants.

I love Home Depot. We came for one thing and ended up with new cacti and some other essentials.

You need help to attend the customers. Cachier is not very attent. My small tree fall off from my hand throwing all the dirt and he just look at me. Did nothing, did not all anyone for help. I had to put it back in myself.

Worst customer service ever! The manger there yelling at me as a client made my perches experience very not comfortable

I went specifically to get a grow light the staff was as friendly as usual. I was so excited to amp up the light in my grow room but low and behold the light doesn't work the last time it was the wrong bulb in the right box I am a bit disappointed.
