DO NOT GET SOLAR PANELS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF! THEY HAVE ZERO FOLLOW UP FOR ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS NOT EVEN A SO CALLED OWNER DOESN'T FOLLOW UP! MY ELECTRIC BILL IS STILL SUPER HIGH OVER $200 IN SUMMER! THE PLANS THEY GAVE US TO SIGN OFF ON IS NOT WHAT WAS INSTALLED ON OUR ROOF! THEY PUT LESS PANELS ON OUR ROOF AND WAS A BIG FIGHT TO GET THE 3 PANELS THEY FORGOT TO INSTALL! THEY NEVER DID A FULL GO THROUGH WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS TURNED ON NOR DID THEY GO OVER HOW TO USE THE APP! NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH THESE USELESS PANELS AND A LOAN TO PAY! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I HAD A FRIEND CANCEL BECAUSE THEY HAD THE PANELS FOR 2 WEEKS WITHOUT SETTING UP THE INSTALLATION! MY FRIEND HAD TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WAS WRONG OF THEM TO CHARGE SINCE THEY COULDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE JOB! IM TRYING TO WORK WITH LOAN COMPANY TO DO A BUY OUT AND TO GET THESE USELESS PANELS OFF MY HOME!
