Came out and looked at the trees I needed trimmed. Few days later had a quote. Few days after that I agreed to the quote. A month later no one has reached back out to schedule a day or give me any update. Pretty sure they forgot about me. Guess I will be looking for another tree trimming service.

We had a high wind event. 14 trees had major limb damage and 13 either blew over or had to be cut down. RO was called at 7 AM after the day after the event and by 8.15 AM they were on site and worked for the next 4 days. The neighborhood looks like nothing happened. I can't say enough good things about RO.

Jennifer (office manager) is not capable of adhering to an agreed upon schedule. Consequently, palm trees were not trimmed in a timely manner pool maintenance became a significant issue.
Interestingly, I recommended R.O. Landscaping to my daughter, who had a much larger job ($3,000 .vs. $300) and her tree trimming took precedence on the schedule.
I'll not recommend R.O. Landscaping again.

R.O. has always been great. They are incredibly responsive and reliable. We've used them for tree trimming and removal for years, and have nothing bad to say.

R O Landscape did a wonderful job taking down a 35 foot Century agave stock and also removed the base. They were the nicest crew and cleaned everything up. Jennifer in the office was always very courteous and answered any questions I had.
We would recommend them and rate them very high.

Wow. These guys showed up to the house and went right to it. They were quick, courteous, respectful, extremely professional and personable. Well worth the price for a tree removal, tree trim and bushes plus cleanup. Highly recommend.

This company is professional, punctual, and gives good quality for good value. They've removed a couple of trees for us, and they were quick, efficient and left behind NO mess! You wouldn't have know a tree was ever there when they were done. Very customer service oriented.

Great crew of guys who really knew what they were doing. Skilled, efficient, tidy and reasonable priced. Really concerned about the health of our tree. I'm a tree hugger who believes they are special contributors to the health of our planet. Our big mesquite has never looked better and ready to survive any monsoon winds that pass this way. I had a huge tree that needed trimming badly. I saw R.O. Landscape truck in my home area and, on a hope and hunch, I approached the team that was working on behalf of my HOA to see if they would be able to assist me. The team was in the process of cleaning up their existing job to move on to another job. They evaluated the job and gave me a very reasonable price. In a very short period of time the workmen climbed the tree and did a remarkable job and were on to their next scheduled job. The tree is now beautiful - and healthier. I am so grateful that they were able and willing to help me out on short notice and all with a very professional and willing manner. I would recommend this company for any work . Their assistance was a huge help to me and they provided the best customer service experience - Thank You!

We called RO because we had used their services several years ago and they did a fantastic job. They did not disappoint when they came back recently to remove 2 trees. The were a very efficient crew once again. They were very respectful of our property and made very short work of it. They did a very thorough cleanup job afterward and I think my yard was even cleaner than it was before they started their work. I highly recommend RO and will never call anyone else. The office staff was very friendly and kept us informed as the scheduling process progressed.

We have used RO Tree Service 3 times now. Stan comes by for the quote.... always more than reasonable. Then Pete shows up with the crew at the agreed on time. The crew works well together from start to finish. They are respectful and efficient. I recommend RO whenever I can.

BEST EVER! Pete and the crew were absolutely wonderful! Our large pine tree in the back yard has never looked better. The crew worked together so well and were so professional. I am really impressed with how the tree looks and can't say enough about how spectacular the job was!

Stan promptly arrived at the designated time to provide an estimate for the work I needed done. He was knowledgeable and pleasant and we discussed various aspects of the pruning, particularly the major cut to the olive tree. I appreciated his input to wait a couple years before shaping two young trees and his recommendation for a tree replacement. Highly recommend.

Pete and his crew arrived early, were very professional and friendly, discussed their strategy to trim and thin out 3 big trees and made sure we agreed with the plan before work started. A small but healthy saguaro was too close to one tree so the crew volunteered to replant in a nearby spot. Also during the work we decided there was a defective Palo Verde Tree nearby, not on the work order that we had them remove for a small extra charge. These guys were great, excellent service.

R.O.'s crew just left my house after trimming a very large mesquite in my front yard. They were absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous, safe, and the tree looks so good. Price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. I used another company for a different tree in my backyard and I really regret not using R.O. for that one - if you need mesquites trimmed, call these guys!!

Pete and his crew are fantastic. I can't say enough positive things about their work. They are thorough and do a proper trimming. Beyond their work quality, Pete and his crew are great to work with. Palm tree trimming is not fun, yet they show up with great attitudes. It's definitely a tribute to Pete. He is simply the best. I look forward to seeing them every year. R.O. Landscape and Tree Service trimmed 3 trees for me that required a bucket truck to thin out and remove dead limbs. They did a very good job. I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality of the work. I would hire them again. The guys are very nice and considerate.

Very pleased with RO Landscape. We have 3 large pines trees, two of which suffered hail damage in July. Stan came out right away and gave us a bid for service in January. Then another storm hit a few weeks ago and some of the broken limbs fell. I called to see if we could move up the trimming date a little. I was OK with 6-8 weeks out. They came out the next day (Wow), on time. Pete and his crew did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They will be coming back to feed the trees in December. Stan, Jennifer, Pete & crew, thank you. I would happy to be a reference.
