Last week I had to make that dreaded phone call when my AC unit was down in triple digit weather. Southern Comfort stepped up to the plate and came through in the clutch.

After calling and setting up service, they were at my house (in the Corona De Tucson area) within the hour with friendly and responsive service.

Despite logistical and distancing challenges with COVID-19, Ryan was respectful of my family and serviced my unit with minimal contact. I would highly recommend this company to others.

The whole team at Southern Comfort go above and beyond each time they are here for an annual service or repair. Our unit went out after a power surge, turned out it was a bad circuit board. They ordered the part, Ryan wired around the issue so we would at least have air. The manufacturer sent the wrong part so we needed to wait a bit longer for a full repair. Once the part was in they had us up and running within 30 minutes, unfortunately a couple of days later the unit stopped working again. Gave them a call on their emergency number and Ryan came over, on Father’s Day nonetheless, and resolved the issue. Southern Comfort will always be our go-to and our recommended heating and air company!

Ryan and Cindy were immediately responsive and came out to service my AC on the same day I called. Professional, nice, and all-around good people. We will continue to support this small and local business!

Wow. Just wow. After getting several quotes for new systems to replace our dieing AC units, Southern Comfort was the most reasonable and most responsive. They instilled a lot of trust and confidence and were open and honest. Our old units ended up dieing before the new ones were able to be installed and they came out with two hours of us calling and got both units to work within an hour. Seriously, Southern Comfort is awesome!

We began using Southern Comfort to service our old Rheem about a year or so ago upon community recommendation.

My husband is pretty darn handy in regular maintenance and repair but sometimes you just need the experts! For the last few years we have babied our Rheem given it's age and wanting to get it through just one more Arizona season... and this winter was it's last.

Ryan came out to check out an issue with the unit continually running once the temperature was reached inside. Basically, it was time for a new unit. Ryan quickly got me estimates for both single and dual stage systems. I reached out to three other companies and we decided that Southern Comfort was who we liked based on our own experience along with reputation. We also liked that when we have service appointments, punctuality and communication is important to them.

Equipment was ordered and the unit installed within 48 hours of that. Super efficient, quality workmanship, fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend.

We've been using Southern Comfort for approximately 11-years now. They just replaced our upstairs system. Ryan is professional and very good at his trade. Would 100% recommend!

Once again Southern Comfort comes thru in a pinch to fix my A/C. I originally used this company because of a great review someone in my area wrote. It was a Labor Day weekend (Sunday) & they were at my house in a few hours. This time, on the hottest day of the year, of course my A/C stopped cooling. On top of that my wife just had surgery a few days ago. When I called they had my info from years ago, had a tech in the area (ended up being the owner)

We love Southern Comfort!! Ryan is always there for his customers day or night. He’s honest and hard working and communicative. If he says he will be there, he will. We have had him out a few times for different things. He’s done everything from small repairs, to replacement of our old dinosaur of an AC. When our main AC went out a couple of years ago in July, he had a whole new unit in the next day! It was not a small job and he was awesome. I don’t just highly recommend Southern Comfort, and will ALWAYS call them!!!!

My experience with this company has been vast and I can't say enough good things about them. Southern Comfort are honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Ryan is straight forward and tells you nothing but the facts. I don't want a HVAC guy trying to sell to me. I need to know what is the issue and what needs to be done to fix it.

I called Southern Comfort Heating LLC, when my heat did not come on. Ryan and his crew were able to come out the same day. They arrived on time and he quickly diagnosed the problem and soon had the unit working. Should I have any more problems with my heater/cooler, I will call Ryan at Southern Comfort Heating.
