I had no idea dirty ducts could affect the HVAC system this much. The technicians explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure me into extra services. They worked efficiently but still paid attention to details. After the cleaning, the house felt cooler and the system seemed to run more smoothly. There’s also noticeably less dust now. I’d definitely use this company again.

I spoke with Randy, the owner of Active Shield Insulation, who did a great job of explaining everything to me. He gave me a great price and was able to work around my busy schedule.
His crew, Trevor and Tyler, did an awesome job! Knocked it out quick and after they were done you couldn't tell they were ever even there.
