Our furnace stopped working and the house was getting cold. I called Stanley & Sons Heating & Cooling Company and was able to set up a service visit for the next day. The technician, Robert, arrived on time and figured out the problem quickly. He found that two wires on the furnace were chewed through by a rodent. Robert fixed the wiring, and soon our home started warming up again. The staff have always been professional and really know how to handle furnace repairs. I will definitely keep using their services.

I have had a lot of experiences with different contractors, but my time with Stanley & Sons Heating & Cooling Company was truly exceptional. I was considering a larger company for a new heat pump and furnace, but I chose them based on a trusted recommendation. Wyatt was fantastic in helping me understand my home's needs, and Calvin and Robert worked diligently, even in a house without airflow, to install my new system. They definitely deserve five stars for making the process much smoother than I anticipated.

Wyatt was fantastic. He greeted me politely, put on shoe covers before coming inside, and stayed professional the whole time he was here for the heater repair. His expertise with the new Lennox S40 model made it easy for him to disconnect the old thermostat and quickly set up the new one. Wyatt was patient while I figured out the thermostat registration and made sure to explain how everything worked, answering all of our questions. We were very happy with the customer service and the skills he showed during the heater repair from Stanley & Sons Heating & Cooling Company in Waddell.
