Reviews of local pros in Waddell, Arizona

Excellent customer service. My patio looks better than it ever has. Thank you.Patriot power washing for saving the day

I contacted Brian to power wash a dumpster enclosure at a commercial property. He had his guy on site several hours later and did an amazing job. They got years of grease residue up in one job. What a major improvement!

Brian and his team over at Patriot Power Washing did an amazing job cleaning our driveway. It was full of oil stains. We had thought that nothing would ever clean them, but his crew did an amazing job and were on time. Very professional will use again.

Our backyard pavers were dull and boring with several stains from cooking, spilling and so on. Brian & Matt came over and did amazing and miraculous work to our 1500 SF of pavers! I’d highly recommend Patriot Power Washing & sealing to refresh any backyard! Diligent, thorough, honest men with the highest quality materials!

What a great job!!! Our pavers were dull, dry and lifeless. The sealing made them look better than when we initially installed them. Patriot Power Washing was very professional, showed up on time, took their time and delivered an incredible difference. Highly recommend!

We were ready to have the driveway redone because it looked so bad. I would power wash it and never even looked clean.
Bryan came out and assured us that he could bring it back.
We scheduled the service and he was there when he said.
What a process to prepare and clean the pavers, reinstall sand to all joints and the final detail.
The Trident products were applied and the pavers came to life.
Lisa and I are firm believers now that are expectations were not only met, but surpassed!
Patriot Powerwashing is a a great company!

The stain he removed from my driveway due to my daughter's leaking car was truly night and day. Top notch service and the results were the best. I will definitely use again.

Brian was very professional... easy to communicate with... showed up on time... did an excellent & efficient job... all for a fair price! I would highly recommend Patriot Power Washing : )

I highly recommend Brian and Patriot for your power washing needs. Brian would not give up until the stubborn oil stain and its “shadow” was gone! Thanks for taking the extra time and making sure it was done properly. We appreciate you!

Brian came by my home and cleaned my driveway today. He has excellent communication and is very punctual. He describes the process to you and explains exactly what he’s going to do for the best results. His pricing is reasonable and the outcome is more than what I expected. Thanks for doing a great job.

Brian was great to deal with as well as their crews. Everything looks new again. We definitely recommend them.

Matt, from the Patriot and Power Washing Company did a great job restoring my driveway. There were oil stains that had been there for years and now it looks almost like new. Matt was efficient and professional.
I appreciate his hard work and would use them again in the future with no hesitation. I also would recommend this company to any family or friend.

I am pleased to provide five stars to Brian and his company! Brian was very attentive to my concerns and communicated clearly. Thank you so much for your time and attention, as well as your honesty. I would highly recommend!!!

I spent weeks reviewing vendors processes, products and execution wanting to make the best decision. Am I thankful that I did.

Patriot Power Washing did an OUTSTANDING job, prepping and applying a matte clear coat to our pavers. Their attention to detail was even noticed by neighbors when they saw them on their hands and knees filling cracks with sand with a ketchup bottle.

When I would blow or rinse my driveway I did not realize what I thought was dirt, was actually some of the sand/grout from the original installation. Brain and his team were amazingly through from proposal to completion. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a pretty bad oil stain that needed cleaned ASAP. Gave Brian a call with Patriot Power Washing and he was super nice on the phone and was able to work us in the next morning even though we lived out of their main area! Matt was the gentleman that showed up and he done an amazing job on our driveway! I can't rave enough. He kept me updated throughout the process and it was awesome seeing the transformation with my own eyes. We tried to clean it previously with no luck and now you can't even tell it was there! I'm pretty confident these guys can work magic on any stain so definitely give them a call!

Brian, the owner did an outstanding job ceiling 800 ft.² of pavers. (Front and rear patios) He is reliable, a great communicator, and takes pride in the work that he does. Prior to application, the hot Arizona Sun baked color out of the pavers. The resultant product brought new life and brought the color back.

The sun will bleach them out again and I’ll bring Brian back in five years.

We have been very pleased with the power washing services provided by this company. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned, including details that may not be immediately noticeable to others. His attention to detail, strong, work, ethic, and pride in the quality of his work are evident and every job he completes. He is committed to continuous improvement and growth, which makes him a reliable and valued vendor partner. We would confidently recommend his services to other organizations.

Brian and Patriot power washing did an amazing job on our concrete surfaces. We live in Litchfield Park. His entire process was professional and efficient. His staff made scheduling easy and they were very informative.

Our neighbor hired Brian and Patriot Pressure Washing to seal their driveway. Looked fantastic. So we hired him too.
Outstanding job and very happy with the finished product.
I highly recommend Patriot to anyone wishing to seal, beautify and protect their driveway and walk.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian and Cameron recently, they were prompt and professional. By far one of the fastest and overall best power washing company's around, not to mention top of line equipment. I look forward to doing business with them again and highly recommend them for all your power washing and sanitation needs.

We had some tire marks across a sidewalk and up a paver driveway. Brian came out same day and got them completely removed. He also got rid of the little weeds growing up between the pavers. Thank you so much for the awesome job!! Highly recommend!
