The service dispatch was made very quickly after my request for AC repair was placed with my home warranty company with a two hour window of arrival. The technicians contacted me right away and were even able to come out earlier than the stated window. They were very polite and helpful, explaining everything they found and what was needed for the repair. My AC was fixed within 4 hours of the my initial call - which is amazing since it’s the busy season of the Phoenix summer. Many thanks!

They are awesome! They came the day after we called and had my new water heater installed by noon. And it was not an easy job, the water heater was WAY too big. No problem for these guys. ;) They drained the old one, installed the new one and were very pleasant the whole time

I had a Marz technician come to my house in Buckeye AZ to fix a leaky shower head. They replaced the shower valve cartridge and it still leaked. They said that the shower valve body that the shower cartridge fits into would have to be replaced.
This would require the removal of the shower enclosure which I would have to get someone else do, plus once it was removed they wanted to charge me $300 extra to cut a hole in the drywall to access the shower valve body.
I contacted a Master Plumber and his diagnosis was that when you replace a shower cartridge one needs to dremel out the calcium buildup to insure a proper seal. This is the case in Arizona as it's a common problem. The calcium was dremelled out, cartridge inserted and the leak was fixed!
It cost me $265 to have the Master Plumber fix the problem properly. Luckily I took the time to get a second opinion, because if I didn't it would cost me the $300 Marz wanted for simply cutting a piece of drywall, which is ridiculous, plus hundreds more to remove the shower enclosure!
I contacted Marz customer service and was dismissed. No reimbursement for the $265 I had to pay to have the job completed correctly.

My Home Warranty Company Old Republic did reimburse me for $265 however not for the trade call out fee of $110 because they said they had paid Marz for the call out. I asked if that was a common practice to pay a company for not completing a job properly. Their response was they were paid for the diagnosis. That's where they completely lost me as the diagnosis was incorrect. One could argue that Marz's intent was to create additional work hence more income for their company. At best they were incompetent, with no intent to defraud the customer.

When I contacted customer service at Marz I was also dismissed when I requested a $110 reimbursement for the trade fee call that I had to pay to Old Republic.

Luckily I got a second opinion. I'm guessing not everyone takes the time to do so.

Maybe this was an isolated occurrence however I'm not willing to chance it with this company as the ramifications can be much too costly.

My first experience with Mars Mechanical went very well. Crystal was helpful in scheduling my tune-up, and Daniel was very professional and courteous. I feel very comfortable knowing that Marz is there to take care of my heating and cooling needs for my family.

My husband and I wanted a bathroom added to our new home. Since our home had a post-tension slab, adding the plumbing after our home was built was difficult. We consulted several contractors to get bids, and Scott at Titan General Contracting was the only one who we felt could handle the job. He was confident that his team could do it and explained to us how they would use LiDAR scanners on the concrete to map out where to drill. No other contractors gave us assurances that they could do the job without causing damage.
The bathroom turned out beautifully. The Subs that Titan uses did a great job, were professional and friendly. If we did have any minor issue or question along the way, Titan was easy to communicate with and made it right.
Along the way, we decided to expand the job and asked Titan to do a change order to also refresh our other existing bathrooms. They upgraded the countertops in two bathrooms, added a cabinet to the powder room, and tiled another shower area. When they were done, our house, which was only two years old, looked completed upgraded.
We would highly recommend Titan. They delivered what they promised and we're very happy with our bathrooms!

Scott and Talhia are amazing! We had a wall installed by another company and it was terribly done. Titan sent Gino to fix it for us and he did such a great job! I had an amazing experience with Titan General Contracting. I don’t often leave reviews, but they definitely deserve it. They were professional and responsive from start to finish. I did not have a big budget, but they treated me like I did. I really appreciate what this company did for me. They kept in touch, stayed on budget and finished early. Absolutely unheard of these days. I would highly recommend them!
