This was the second year we have used this company and they are great! Mike is our tech guy who's been servicing and doing our regular maintenance on our HVAC and he always does a great job! There customer service is always great as well. I highly recommend!

Brandon was so helpful with our situation! He checked out our attic and made sure to recommend the perfect size unit for our house. He was very understanding and knowledgeable in a time when we and our pets were very uncomfortable in this desert weather. I absolutely would recommend Brandon and the whole team!

We recently selected Grand Canyon to change out three of our A/C units, after notable diligence (10 quotes!). Brandon went above and beyond to help us navigate our decision, even coming back to our home in the evening to speak with my husband. Brandon’s standards, knowledge and integrity were evident—he gave a lot of care in arriving at and explaining our quote. Finally, the longevity of the company coupled with the number of mutual acquaintances we had gave us comfort with our decision. Glad that we’ve found a home service provider for future services too!

On Monday afternoon I went to their office to explain my HVAC issues. By Tuesday afternoon Mike had made a service call and had the heat back on. Since there were no parts it was just the minimum service call fee. Shelley in the office and Mike in service did an excellent job. I will now put Grand Canyon Home Services on a twice a year maintenance schedule.

We got several quotes & Brandon was by far the most thorough. His price was very good as were his options. Unfortunately this was a home warranty issue so it came down to money. If not Grand Canyon & Brandon would have earned the job & I will recommend them going forward. Debbi

Very impressed with the high quality of service with Grand Canyon Home Services. We needed a service call on short notice and Mike was able to come very quickly and inspect and tend to our HVAC systems. Very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. As we were aware of the extreme age of our units we requested the possibility of a replacement. Brandon was able to come and inspected the entire system including all duct work and made recommendations based on his analysis of duct work, window sizes, and square footage. He inspected the attic and all nooks and crannies. Brandon was very thorough and did an excellent job investigating our current situation. He worked very hard all afternoon. Afterwards he explained the current status of our systems and presented us with various options. He communicated very well and he was very knowledgable he was able to answer all of our questions and our concerns. We were especially impressed with his sincerity and his dedication to his profession. We are extremely happy that we chose Grand Canyon Home Services. They are excellent.

I had requested a free consultation online for possible duct upgrades and cleaning based on my master bedroom being too hot. Brandon was my tech and he was fantastic. From beginning to end he was prompt, professional, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Because of this young man’s knowledge, honesty, and professionalism, I have decided to do a full system replacement. This company seems to be truly invested in their customers and they have certainly gained a new one today.

We worked with Grand Canyon to come up with a solution that would fix a mistake made by a larger HVAC company in Phoenix. Brandon designed a system that we ultimately agreed to and it was exactly what we were looking for. The install team led by Angel could not have been more professional. Their work was exceptional. Finally, the quality assurance team led by Todd with teammates Tyler and Hami delivered the final product which gave us a Lennox variable speed system that we will enjoy for years. We could not be happier with the Grand Canyon team. Their attention to detail, their professionalism and the fact they were an absolute joy to work with makes our decision a great one. The Robinson’s

Grand Canyon Home Services have once again exceeded our expectations. We schedule bi-annual inspections and always ask for Mike, as he is a super competent technician. This visit, we had some concerns based on a complementary inspection from another vendor and wanted Mike to investigate. We were told the compressor was bad and the UV system needed to be replaced. This system is four years old. They gave us an estimate for almost $6000. Mike quickly discovered we didn’t even have the UV air purifier, and the compressor was in the window of the operation, and definitely didn’t need to be replaced. We have an airflow problem to the bedroom and Mike figured something else must be the issue. My husband and Mike went up into the attic and Mike uncovered a filter in the HVAC system that should not have been there since day one. It had been there four years and it was a horrible mess. This was an area no other technician would even have imagined to look at. He quickly had it pulled out and fixed, and the airflow increased. Needless to say, this was definitely a five star visit. We have cockatoos and we want to keep the air clean for our birds as well as us. Mike even had a recommendation for an air purifier he could install for half the cost, which we will do after the first of the year. Thank you, Mike!

The Customer Service is Excellent, from the time the appointment is scheduled, you get updates to include the name of the technician and time of arrival. Mike has been my technician before and his knowledge and professionalism is amazing, My service call issue and check up was resolved Thank you Grand Canyon Home Services.

Todd did a very good job servicing our equipment, checking the thermostats and everything he was supposed to do. He is a very pleasant person as well. Would highly recommend.
