A little backstory here. In Arkadelphia, I’ve found it’s nearly impossible to find reliable technicians or contractors for anything I need done on the house. I constantly have terrible luck with HVAC service or repairs, plumbing, electricians, carpenters, etc. I get ghosted, ignored, or horrible quality work that requires I fix it myself afterwards, or call another company to fix the first companies mistakes. Platinum Air started out as one of these companies that I had to call to fix another companies shoddy work. I’ve been treated nicely, given phone calls and notifications with scheduling, and they’ve done nothing but quality work. When I didn’t fully grasp why I was having problems, they explained everything very clearly, and offered me different options on how to proceed with repairs or replacements. I didn’t have to wait three months to get on a waiting list, only to be ghosted when it came time to do the work. I was impressed with each individual that I interacted with in the company as well. Friendly techs, knowledgeable and helpful boss/owner, and overall great customer service. I only wish I were better with names so that I could specifically thank each gentleman that helped take care of the problems I’ve had with my furnace and A/C system. I have a 3,000 sq ft home, with multiple units on different levels. They were able to fix outdated venting that was no long legal, and they fabricate the ductwork themselves! They were able to replace an old furnace that no longer has parts available. They were able to install some safety systems that I desperately needed so that I didn’t have other potential house problems due to my other older units going out in the future. The best part? I didn’t feel like I was going to break the bank with the service and parts… though, they offer loan options with one of their partners if needed! Highly recommend. Use them if you need HVAC work done.

Daniel, Wesley, and their crew installed our new AC system last year and recently came out to perform the first (Free) annual inspection. Platinum Air is quick and extremely professional. Answered all my questions/concerns. And are always easy to get ahold of! It's nice not to have to worry about keeping my home comfortable because these guys do a TOP NOTCH job and are extremely thorough. Thanks again guys! She called Wesley and explained the issue. Within no time at all he came by, took some measurements and brought back exactly what we needed.
