J Cole construction replaced my 20+ year old, poor, decrepit roof and made it look beautiful. Throughout the entire process they were always a phone call away and went above and beyond to make me feel secure about this big purchase. They were fast and efficient and after getting quotes from 4 other roofing companies, I’m so happy we decided to go with them.

J. Cole just put a new roof on our house and shed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jacob and his crew got both roofs done in one day, which honestly blew me away. He kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know what to expect and when—super professional, but also just a really nice guy.

The work looks great, and the cleanup was spotless. I trust them so much they’ll be back soon to install our gutters too. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s honest, fast, and does great work, I can’t recommend J. Cole Construction enough.

She was a true blessing. She completed the initial inspection of our roof, taking pictures of all damages and forwarding them to our insurance company. She also inspected the roof with our insurance adjuster. She was instrumental in getting our roof replaced.

You never want to deal with damage to your roof. But Sean and J Cole Construction make the process easy. Walking you thru the steps with insurance and are quick to get you on the schedule. Roof looks fabulous! Got a free upgrade on shingles to protect our house. Would gladly recommend

Sean, Jake, and their whole crew were phenomenal! We were hit by the tornado last March and fought with our insurance for 10 months regarding our siding damage. When we finally got approval to have it all replaced, we couldn’t find a siding company who would actually return our calls. Thankfully, a friend referred us to J. Cole. Sean came out to do our estimate within a day and walked me through the various siding options I was considering to help me make my final decision. They ordered the siding and got to work the next week as soon as the siding was delivered. Their work was outstanding! Every one of their employees was knowledgeable, kind, and personable. We would happily use them again for siding, roofing, or any other type of project they would do!

Sean with J. Cole Construction came out after we called him about an inspection on our roof. He and our adjuster took a look and we definitely had wind and hail damage from recent storms. Sean quoted us a fair and very reasonable price and explained the process. They came out and started in less than 2 weeks and had our roof finished long before the end of day. The crew picked up after themselves and put things back where they went. It was a seamless process and we are very happy with our roof and the customer service was great with the VP of Sales (Sean Winkle). Wow! Just wow! This company is amazing! One day they removed and installed this roof! They have a team who works together and it shows. I have not once been disappointed about any part of this. Sean has been amazing and basically holding my hand through the whole process. Keeps me informed and explains everything to me so I know what to expect. On top of that, Sean shows up when he says he will which is a hard quality to find these days. Dealing with insurance for a new roof is usually stressful but I haven’t been stressed once. Thanks Sean and your crew!!! I appreciate you so much!

Jake and his crew were our knights in shining armor! We had waited 4 months for our roof from our contractor that couldn't find anyone???? I got on Facebook and found j Cole construction and Chiara took it from there. We had our roof 2 weeks later. We loved them and the crew so much we had them do the siding and gutters. 5 stars for Jake and his crew!

I have debated on sharing our experience with this company. We had them come out and do a roof inspection after multiple back to back storms. They said our 3 year old roof was “smoked” and needed replaced. Well then we noticed a leak in our garage, so we allowed this company to submit a claim to our insurance back in June. We were told that someone with this company would come out to do a leak test and get in the attic in attempt to find the leak and tarp it while they worked on the insurance claim. 5 months later, no leak test was done, no leak found and tarped, and we have heard from no one but the office manager. I was asked last week to give a date when someone could come do the leak test, which I gave a day, but then never heard anything back.
My husband finally got fed up and called our insurance and spoke to the adjuster. This company had come out and removed shingles to do a video to send to our insurance, but they removed two shingles from the very opposite area of where our insurance company had requested the shingles be removed to show that the whirly bird couldn’t be replaced without removing more than two shingles. Our insurance company even said that this company probably did more damage to our roof in doing this since they removed shingles from a totally unaffected area of the roof.
We finally got a local handyman to come do a leak test and he found the leak and it is an easy fix.
Our experience with J. Cole Construction has been awful. We will not use them in the future.

I Actually had another Company Scheduled to do add Gutters to my house, but I kept getting pushed back on the schedule. And Chiara was a Customer at my Store. She asked me If I needed any Repairs done to my house. I told her about My Gutter Situation. She went to my house and did an Estimate on Thursday and My Gutters was on the Schedule for the Following Monday. They was completely done that Afternoon. They did an Awesome Job. I am very happy and will us them again. Thanks Brenda Moore

A storm took the siding off my house. Sean battled the insurance company but never received any help or reimbursement from them. In the end, we chose to replace all the siding and soffit on our home. Knowing our home was old and built with add-on’s always sets us up for surprises. Even when the surprises were discovered, this company had the integrity to let us know how to fix everything appropriately. Sean was in constant communication with me. Everyone on the crew was amazing and battled a relentless wasp infestation. They were kind, thorough, and did a wonderful job making the exterior of our home look AMAZING! The biggest goal I had for this project was to ensure birds could not get into soffit and nest. That was accomplished along with removing thousands of wasp and dirt dobbers. Thank you guys for battling the wasp army to make my home look wonderful and feel secure!! It wasn’t easy working on a 3 story home in 100+ degree temps on a slope. But they ROCKED IT!

I could not have asked for a better experience from day one. Charlene and Josh really made us at ease with the process of filing a claim on our leaky roof, and ensured they worked side by side with the insurance company to make sure the inspection was as complete as possible. The timeline of completion was quick and efficient and their team all were polite and worked hard! I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. We will never use anyone else for roofing!

We had some storm damage after the recent snow storm so we reached out to get a quote. JD reached out, came to the house as soon as he could, and gave us a quote for the job soon after! The next Monday they came and finished the job in a few hours. We came home to our house looking brand new!
