Billy and Jacob were prompt and the fix was about twenty minutes. They were friendly and had answers to questions that I had. BUT the price was outrageous. It would be an hour drive, twenty minutes work, they had the one foot electric white cord in the truck. It cost $300 even. I asked, "How is it a rounded number?" Her response, "well, the materials, labor and drive." I do not want to say what I really think. I would say shop around. I am hoping it had nothing to do with me being 60 years old and they think I don't know any better.

I had a small job. I had a new deck put on my home and bought a hot tub to put on the deck. My first electrician took two weeks and still was not scheduled to wire my new hot tub and a light fixture on the deck. Last Monday I called Reed Electric on referral from the company who sold me the hot tub. The owner of the company came out Monday and quoted the job. Tuesday, he sent a man out to wire the hot tub. Today, Wednesday the man finished the light, switch and outlet to complete the job. I can't sing these people's praises loud enough!

I had a light fixture mounted on a metal building-A job that took 30 minutes If that.Reed Electric charged me 150.00 for the job,Ridiculous pricing.

Waited over 2 weeks for a quote. Never came out to look at the job, just emailed a quote. How can they quote a job without seeing what I need done? I can only assume the place doesn’t want my business. Won’t recommend them.

Knowledgeable, professional eletricians. The service was good, and the two gentlemen fixed the problem.

They will overcharge you and rip you off that is a fact !!!! You would do better going to another company.

They literally hired a drug addict to the the work I needed out here. Also the guy didn't do anything except take a look at it and put 1 fuse in. Then they charge us almost $300 for 1 fuse. At this point I think they are all druggies. I won't be calling them ever again. I'll more than likely hire a family member.

Service person did a great job of replacing two ceiling fans which included replacing junction box for each fan. This required work in the attic. He cleaned up the areas and took away any of the debris as directed by me. He was also pleasant and helpful during the job. I would be happy to call Reed's for any electric work I need in the future.
