Very pleased with their service!! I called several places and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous rate because I needed service on a Sunday. So glad I came across this company because they were super affordable and understood that I needed speedy service! Look no further!! Holland Heat and Air will get the job done! We took advantage of the $50 Spring Cleaning special on our unit that Holland was offering. They came out and did the service on our unit today. They ended up needing to replace the capacitor as well. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did not try to up sale us on our old unit. He did offer us a generic quote at this time, which beat others we have talked to in the past, so thank you! Highly recommended! Awesome Service! Will use again.

Our ac unit stopped working it in the afternoon. It was over 100 outside and 95 inside. My daughter saw their number on a Facebook post. My husband called and made an appointment.
They came out the next day and fixed it quickly. We were so thankful to have the air back on! I would recommend them! Thanks again!

Allen did an excellent job! Our heater was messed up for a year had others come look at it but Allen was quick efficient and got the problem resolved in less than an hour, so happy with his work he will be our go to guy from here on out!!!

I called this company on a Friday evening as my ac had stopped cooling. Someone was here within an hour, fixed my unit, told me exactly what was wrong and said he would need to come back on Tuesday to thoroughly clean my unit. The service call and total price was the cheapest of anywhere of the 5-6 HVAC places I called. He was knowledgeable, professional, and above all kind. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs, they are 1000% worth it and will be my go to in the future.

The owner has been very professional in handling service on our unit. He came out after hours and worked on an issue that another business caused. He was able to get my unit up and running within the hour and saved me a lot of money! Would highly recommend them!

This company installed a new unit in our house two years ago. Since then we have had numerous issues with the unit. The first summer we had it, it failed to provide any AC, we had our contractor at the time look at it to find out the ducts were not connected and air was blowing straight into the attic. After reconnecting the duct work, it struggled to keep up with condensation and even leaked condensation into our house from the attic. We were afraid to contact the company due to how many issues we had with it but finally did this year after it froze. We called the owner multiple times only to have him ignore the phone calls and he refused to answer text messages. I finally had to call after hours and was able to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment. They did not show up for the scheduled appointment and failed to notify us. I tried to call the owner again only to have my phone calls ignored. I then tried to call the business and was again ignored twice. They have only been out once to clean the inside unit and to tell us our unit needed Freon. We have scheduled two appointments to have this done only to have them not show up to both appointments. They did not call or notify us again. My wife has tried to call him multiple times to schedule an appointment which he ignored. She then tried to schedule an appointment through the business line which was sent straight to voicemail twice. She had to use an alternative number to call the business which they answered right away. The wife of the owner originally told us that no appointments were available until next week. She later changed her story and has scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. They are truly the most irritating company to work with and it’s clear by reading comments/reviews no-showing their appointments and stating there’s an “emergency” is typical of them. If you’re not going to do a good job and you feel the need to dodge customers then it’s possible you’re in the wrong business. We are giving you one last chance to make your appointment before escalating matters.

I cannot recommend them enough. Our AC gave out today and within a couple of hours they were able to come out and get it fixed. They were quick and definitely reasonable in price. We will continue to do business with them and recommend you do too.

Called to have my unit serviced before the summer heat hit to make sure our unit was ready. Mr. Holland came out in a timely manner and was very professional. Our unit was extremely dirty and he took the time to ensure it was cleaned properly and charged our unit to have us ready for the summer heat. We are 100% happy with our service and was charged half the price we were quoted from another company. We will continue to have Mr. Holland come out once a year to ensure we are ready each season.

I had reached out to the cabot strong page to look for someone to fix my mom’s AC. Allen reached out to me directly And was at my mom’s that afternoon and repaired her air-conditioning. His prices are fair and my mother raved how nice he was. He did not bs or try to say they needing things they didn’t. He will be out main contact for HVAC issues. Thank you Allen !

Our AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air and I contacted Allen. He made time to come out the same day, within a few hours of me reaching out. He had everything figured out very quickly and communicated clearly what he was sure the problem was. Allen got us all fixed up with a recharge on our unit and a cleaning for a very reasonable cost. We had our cold AC back in no time. Allen is a very professional person to work with and seems very honest which goes a long way these days. I would definitely recommend Holland Heat and Air to any of my friends and family.

Holland Heat and Air are the best in central Arkansas! Twice now they have come out last minute to get our heat and air systems back up and running! Highly recommend the maintenance package!

I called this company they were out the same day. Our poor 18 year Heat unit was on its way out. This company was very helpful and professional. The next day they got the new unit and then the next day they installed us new heat and AC. They were polite, respectful, they even vacuumed up the mess my old heating unit made. Nothing is greater than a man who vacuums. I got follow up calls to be sure all was good. We are extremely grateful pleased with this company. I highly recommend this company.

We can’t recommend or thank Holland Heating and Cooling Inc enough. We got up to our air blowing hot. We called they were out within a hour. They found a broken wire outside and one inside on heat strip cause the cool and heat to be one at same time. They had fixed the old unit at my dad/ son house twice and were fair and fixed it fast. So when ours was working today. They were the first I called. The owner is friendly , knowledgeable and they don’t charge arm and leg. If you need anything call these people. I recommend them to anyone that needing there skill. Thank you again to making my house cool on a day that going to be 100 plus outside….

I called yesterday after getting warnings from a smart thermostat. No heat after dark (or freezing temps). Wouldn’t get above 65-67 for the last 4 days. I spoke with Cherie his wife and she was really sweet. She called me back n he had a couple people ahead of me. When it got around 1:30-2:00 heat was working. I messaged n let her know I wouldn’t mind waiting until the following day (I knew the heat wouldn’t be working) n one more night of cold would be better then possibly not finding the issue. They came this morning and my heat pump wasn’t even running. My “smart thermostat” is trash.
Besides having them change it out I have heat. They were definitely worth it. Honestly I don’t right reviews. I did because I very much appreciate having heat. Honestly affordable and did exactly what was expected. Thank u Holland H/A and Amanda Joyce for the recommendation.

These guys are great! My HVAC system needed to be replaced and these guys delivered. My AC is colder than it ever has been and they got it done really fast. Great team that got the job done fast and efficiently. Thanks again y'all!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR!!!!! I called about my daughter’s AC being out and he graciously scheduled an after-hours appt to get her back up and running at an unbelievably great charge for products and labor! We will only be using Holland Air in the future!!! I will add another heating and air company came out and gave her an unrealistic quote on a new unit that Holland’s team said they could do for less than 1/2 the price! So when I say - call them - I mean seriously call this company for your heat/air problems!!!

These guys were awesome; not only did the have a great rate AND a free estimate, they were polite and professional. They talked us through what needed to be fixed and how to optimize our heat and cooling for any weather, and changed out our entire ac unit swiftly. I cannot recommend Holland Heat and Air enough!
