Reviews of local pros in Beebe, Arkansas

I requested an estimate of some trees I thought needed to come down. The gentleman offered me some free advice. He explained to me several good reasons why they should not be cut down. He saved me (I am sure) tons of money, and I feel good about the decision. How much more honest and knowledgeable can a business be?! I think I will always call this company for tree service.

I called Jake Roland Saturday morning following the storm on Friday the 24th of April 2020. Our Willow tree was leaning and dangerous in the wind. He gave us a free estimate, we agreed and set Monday to take it down and remove the trunk. By noon it started leaning toward the house. I called him and he and his helper arrived. 35 or so minutes they had the tree down, cut up, loaded and removed the stump. Very fast, professional, and reasonable in price. I recommend them to family, church family, friends and you that I don't know.

The work performed was beyond expectations. Even though weather caused several delays, Rowland always kept communication channels open. Have used the company on several jobs. I've never been disappointed in their top notch work.

We were thankful to find Rowland Tree Service to take down our huge 100 year old pecan trees that had been struck by lightning and were less than 5 feet away from our house. They are an extremely professional company we highly recommend.

30 years ago, we planted 11 pine trees parallel to the north side of our house. Over the years, they grew too tall to maintain and threatened the house in case of a large storm. Jason's estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to start work the same week. He arrived early and safely cut down all 11 within an hour without damaging any of the other trees planted nearby. Great job and great value!

Rowland’s did an amazing job it was perfect. It was much more than I ever imagined I am so happy and grateful I will be using them again. I highly recommend this company very professional and responsive to calls and questions.

We had a great experience when hiring Jason Rowland and Rowland Tree Service!

Me and my wife are so happy we chose Rowland Tree Service the customer service was amazing. We called jason to have him come out and have 10 trees cut down and have the stumps grinded he was always on time and even called ahead and let me know he was on his way and i wasnt left wondering when he was going to show up. He came and gave me a quote which i was happy with and accepted and the next day him and his crew was out working. We can say that we made the right choice the quality of work and speed that jason and his crew work is unmatched. He was always polite and professional and answered all questions we had. If you need tree work done and want to go with the best call jason!

Rowland Tree Service did an outstanding job with our 9 trees! He was polite, professional and did exactly what he told us he would do. We will definitely use him again and we highly recommend him!

I called Mr Rowland and told him my situation. I sent him a picture of the tree we wanted cut down. He made it out to our lot that same afternoon, and he gave me an estimate I couldn’t turn down (it included cutting the tree, hauling it off, and grinding the stump). We needed the tree cut in a very short time frame and he made it happen. Couldn’t be more happy with my decision to use Mr Rowland and will definitely use him again in the future should I need anymore trees cut down. Very professional and you wouldn’t even know a tree was there if you didn’t know it beforehand. Would absolutely recommend him!

Rowland Tree Service did not allow the rainy weather in De Valls Bluff, AR to stop their progress on my property. They were prompt, professional and provided great cleanup after trimming, removing and grinding stumps of several trees. I am extremely pleased with their work. I have already began to recommend their excellent service.

Jason Rowland is a volunteer with Mormon Helping Hands. They helped me with tree removal after hurricane Ida. I live in Louisiana and he came from Arkansas with a lot of heavy equipment that was required to remove 5 downed trees. It was a very dangerous situation. Because of his skilled expertise I am in a safe environment. He has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for everything you did.

Mr. Rowland delivers excellent customer service. As a business owner myself, I appreciate his prompt response and how his team operates. His entire team worked like a pit crew at the Indy 500. Everyone new their place and worked together like a finely tuned machine. His team literally ran alongside the skidsteer. It was impressive. The tree was down, stump was ground and they were gone without a trace in a matter of minutes. The Rowland team is awesome.

Reached out to Jason and his team to get two trees removed from our yard. He was responsive and worked with us on our different options. Thanks to the rain we've been having, it took some time for his crew to come out but he waited because he was considerate of our yard and didn't want to tear it up. That is professionalism and courtesy folks, and I appreciate it immensely. His crew showed up on time and had our trees down and out within just a few hours. When Jason and his crew were gone... my yard looked like it did when they showed up (well minus two trees). I would recommend anyone to use Rowland Tree Service and if I ever move and need trees down in my next place, I know just who I will be calling.

Had the happy experience to do business with Rowland Tree Service. I contacted Jason Rowland on a Sunday and made arrangements to cut down two dead trees on my property. Jason the owner of the company came promptly on time. Jason was very easy to talk to and did a great job. Highly recommend. Thanks Jason.

Jason and his crew were extremely professional and prompt! The response time was phenomenal and they were very efficient getting the tree removed from our property after a storm. I would HIGHLY recommend Rowland Tree Service!

They were supposed to cut down a dead tree that was a threat to falling. They only removed the top maybe about half of the tree. They didn't remove that half or even cut to manageable pieces for me to move. They left a hugh "stump" 11-14 feet tall. Disappointed especially with the amount they charged me. Hundreds of dollars. This was last year. Really sad now because my neighbor had a tree cut, stump ground and all of it hauled away for half the amount I had paid to Rowland. Needless to say my future tree service needs will go to this other company out of Beebe. This other company was quick efficient and their price was fair. Rowland robbed me blind shame on them. But I won't be fooled by Rowland a second time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rowland Tree Service & Jason Rowland. He & his crew were organized, precise, hard-working & professional. I was fascinated watching them work.....in tune with each other, smoothly taking each tree down, branch-by-branch then cleaning the areas leaving no trace of debris. My trees were within 3 or 4 ft of my house foundation & towering over my roof. They even dropped the branches exactly where they planned, protecting a small 4 ft Japanese maple planted close to one of the large oak trees they were taking down. Amazing!
Jason Rowland was pleasant, professional, priced my job fairly, and conscientious of my time, my property & my satisfaction with his work.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Rowland Tree Service out of Beebe to trim and remove trees in our yard. They arrived at about 6:30 am with A LOT of equipment and began work. They did an excellent job! One of our trees was very, very close to the house. They took it down safely. When they left, everything was picked up, cleaned up, and raked. I would highly recommend Rowland Tree Service if u need this type of work done. -The Bells

Jason and his team did a fantastic job cutting several trees (some in very difficult locations) for me last week. They are all professional, prompt and conducted a walk through with me before calling it done. Their prices are well within reason and customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced. Any future tree services I may need will certainly be completed by this company. Can't say enough about them!!

Excellent service. Very professional!! I highly recommend Rowland tree service. I called Saturday evening after heavy storms and high winds Friday night. A large oak near my house was leaning toward my house. Jason and his crew removed the tree and finished the cleanup even though it was getting dark. Thank you for a job well done!
