This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company to do a fall HVAC tune up. We were contacted by Holland and a time was scheduled. They never came out to do the tune up nor did they contact us why they couldn't do the work. We had to contact our home warranty company to find out that they had some kind of emergency. Do not use this company.

Called them for an estimate. Came out same day and had a more than reasonable quote. New AC the next day. Couldn’t be more pleased and always sing their praises!!

Guys came out gave me an estimate for a new system. Within the next day they had it installed and blowing icicles!! Highly recommend.

This might be THEEEEE most unprofessional company I've ever come across. It's been 4 months since our air has gone out and this company was supposed to come fix 2 1/2 months ago. Said they were waiting on parts...come on now. Then they NEVER answer the phone and when u do get in contact with them, they'll make an appointment and won't show up or even call. We've missed days of work waiting on them to come because they said they'll be there on time but of course nobody shows up. FOUR TIMES they've done this...FOUR!!!

I’ve called & scheduled an appointment to do routine service checks on three a/c units, five times now. They never showed or called to tell us they couldn’t make it. When my wife or I called the first couple times the response, we are behind, are working on units that aren’t working, but reschedule. But they would tell us a date & time & then not show. Then when we called it was your not on the schedule, but gave us a date & time. Last time when they failed to show up & I called got the same response, behind, short technicians, working on a/c units that are out, recommended I call another company. That’s my recommendation to you. This is not a professional company.

So helpful! Took our call rather late and advised us on things to try, came out first thing in the morning when that didn’t work and quickly found the issue. Ordered and installed the part we needed by that afternoon and gave us information and tips for moving forward. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Holland Heating and Cooling! Our aging system had been on its last legs for a while and finally gave up the ghost this week. We called them for an estimate on replacement, they responded and arrived quickly, gave us a extremely competitive quote, and we're able to fit us in for replacement the very next day.

They arrived promptly, performed the replacement quickly and efficiently, and barely even realized they were in the house while I worked.

Will be recommending to friends, family and neighbors! Thank you!

UPDATED BELOW! - We hired this company back in May due to our A/C unit not working. They came out, super nice couple, told us what needed to be fixed and sold us a part to fix it for $30. We also paid them to do a service maintenance twice a year for $150 and said they would come the following week to do the first service. The part they sold us ended up being the wrong part, but we were able to purchase the correct part online and fix it ourselves. We reached out asking if we could get a refund for $30 to return the part they sold but they didn’t respond/dodged our question so we figured we’d re ask once they came the following week to do our service maintenance. They never showed up and never called to reschedule. We called the next day and they said they’d come out the following week. Again, no show, no reschedule or heads up. I messaged on Facebook where they finally told me an emergency happened and that they would be out the following week. Ok no big deal I understand things happen. The following week comes and no show and no reschedule and no cancel. Our A/C went out again and we call pleading them, to please come out this time and she says they can try the next day. Again no show/no call. We fix the problem ourselves through YouTube videos but it was difficult and something that should’ve been done with the service maintenance (pipe needed cleaned out). We called them again July 8th and she assures us they will be out the following Tuesday. Again, no show/no call. We have had to schedule so much around them coming out to service our A/C and than them not showing has become a complete waste of time for us and total us being out $180 for a job they never did and a wrong part they sold us. My husband works paycheck to paycheck in the military, so $180 is quite a bit in our eyes to just throw away.

Update - Back a week before Thanksgiving, I posted on social media my experience with this company and then they finally reached out trying to right their wrong as long as we removed the post. In the end they refunded us the full amount ($180). I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 because they did refund us in the end but we still did not have an overall good experience with them. Thankfully I see a ton of new 5 star reviews on this company now, so it looks like they have changed their ways and moved forward with becoming an honest and better company.

Once our hvac system was thoroughly looked at, it was fixed rather quickly. We had a little mishap but Mr. Allen made sure the problem was resolved. A great company! I would recommend.

Very pleased with their service!! I called several places and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous rate because I needed service on a Sunday. So glad I came across this company because they were super affordable and understood that I needed speedy service! Look no further!! Holland Heat and Air will get the job done! Will be using them for any of my hvac services from here on out! Thanks again for all your help!!!

We took advantage of the $50 Spring Cleaning special on our unit that Holland was offering. They came out and did the service on our unit today. They ended up needing to replace the capacitor as well. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did not try to up sale us on our old unit. He did offer us a generic quote at this time, which beat others we have talked to in the past, so thank you! Highly recommended! Awesome Service! Will use again.

Our ac unit stopped working it in the afternoon. It was over 100 outside and 95 inside. My daughter saw their number on a Facebook post. My husband called and made an appointment.
They came out the next day and fixed it quickly. We were so thankful to have the air back on! I would recommend them! Thanks again!

Allen did an excellent job! Our heater was messed up for a year had others come look at it but Allen was quick efficient and got the problem resolved in less than an hour, so happy with his work he will be our go to guy from here on out!!!

I called this company on a Friday evening as my ac had stopped cooling. Someone was here within an hour, fixed my unit, told me exactly what was wrong and said he would need to come back on Tuesday to thoroughly clean my unit. The service call and total price was the cheapest of anywhere of the 5-6 HVAC places I called. He was knowledgeable, professional, and above all kind. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs, they are 1000% worth it and will be my go to in the future.

The owner has been very professional in handling service on our unit. He came out after hours and worked on an issue that another business caused. He was able to get my unit up and running within the hour and saved me a lot of money! Would highly recommend them!

Great experience with this company on more than 1 occasion, I have 2 units. Quick to return calls, get you scheduled and reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to educate and assist customers in caring for their units for optimal function. I currently have 2 maintenance contacts and will continue with Holland Heat and Air.
