We had two large trees go down due to wind and they blocked our driveway making it impassable. My husband called after 4 pm and they had someone out within an hour. By 7:40 the next morning they were clearing the trees. The did a great job and were completely professional. I've never reviewed anyone before and I can't get it to show my name but it is Norene Smith.

Top notch professional service! The quote was competitive but the difference is Jason shows up - and early!!! The job was completed quickly and done so well, you can't even tell we had any trees removed!

I am not normally in the habit of leaving reviews, but as soon as Rowland Tree service finished, the first thing that I asked Jason was "Where do you want me to leave your glowing review?" I have had other sorts of contractors out before, but none like this.
First thing, I had gotten an estimate from him a year ago, but was not able to take action on getting my trees removed until now. He remembered me as soon as I called, told him my name and where I lived and then he told me the types of trees I had and where they were located in the yard. That was Monday. He told me that he would get to me next week or possibly later in the week this week. It is currently Friday. He texted me at 7:00 on Thurs night, asking if he could come out first thing in the morning. I confirmed, and much to my surprise, he said he would be there between 6:30-6:45 the next morning. But he wasn't. He was early! I have NEVER had a contractor be earlier than they told me for anything before.
He pulled up at 6:15 am. He was pulling out of the driveway by 7:15 and I had 3 trees on the ground. (I did clean-up myself) He was clean cut, professional, and at no time was I fearful of a tree falling on the house (even though the trees in question were close to it.) or of someone getting hurt. He was extremely respectful and at no time did I feel uncomfortable, even though it was just me and the kids there at the time.
I had no idea that so much work could be done by 2 people in such a short amount of time. He was incredibly efficient and polite. I could not have imagined a better tree cutting experience.

Had 4 different quotes, they had better prices by far! I knew it was in a difficult place, not far from the house on one side and a power line on the other side, between 2 other trees. Had the tree down and completely cleaned up in no time. Very very happy with the work they did. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
