Constraction reviews in Benton, Arkansas

Working with Nick was great. Very professional and polite. Quickly responded and began work immediately getting our garage put back together after an accident on easter weekend. Will absolutely hire again and recommend.

We used witham & moreland construction after the March 31st tornado damaged my mom’s home. Nick was great to work with and helped get a lot of work redone that a previous contractor did and made a mess of. They finished the project as expected and went above and beyond on the project. Would definitely recommend them to anyone as a trustworthy, honest contractor.

They were great to work with! They replaced our roof, siding and metal patio in a very short amount of time and all of their work was excellent. Luke stayed in touch with me through the entire process making sure everything went smooth.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Luke and his partner. They not only replaced my siding and roof, but also assisted me with a plumbing issue that coincidentally occurred at the same time. Their fairness and thoroughness in their work were commendable. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

We called Luke Witham to come and inspect our roof !! He came out and we all agreed we was needing a complete roof replacement. Him and his crew came out they were very Professional and Knowledgeable and very polite!! We knew our roof was bad , but we didn’t know how bad until we were showed pictures of before and after the roof was replaced!! They picked up all the trash and left everything looking Amazing!! I Strongly recommend them for all your roofing or restoration needs !! I would give them 10stars !!

5 stars for Witham & Moreland Construction for assisting my recent call for roof and siding replacement from wind/hail damage. Their timeliness, customer service, help with insurance claim questions, cleanup, and workmanship is spot on! Both roof and siding look outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend this team for any construction needs!

Witham & Moreland Construction and Services came out and replaced our roof in a day. Luke is very professional and easy to work with. He kept us updated through out the day with pictures of our roof. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done to our home. Would recommend to anyone that needs any type of repair. We will use them again for anything that we need in the future!

Had a great experience dealing with Witham & Moreland Construction on my hail damage! They reroofed my house, replaced some siding and metal on my porch. Luke took care of everything! Roof was done all in one day. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and will use again in the future.

This was our 2nd time working with Nick and it was just as stress free as it was the first time. We needed a roof replacement rather quickly and he was on it. He is very responsive, honest, and straightforward. Definitely recommend him and his guys. They will be our first call again should we need any of the services they offer.

Redid both my showers and they look so good! The installers were friendly and trustworthy (they even let my dogs out during the day) - Nick was so responsive and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted.

We worked with Nick on our siding & he went out of his way to help us in every phase & his team did an excellent job all the way through. We have decided to have them build our deck also. We will chose them for any future jobs we have planned. 5 stars*****.

We hired Witham & Moreland to built a breezeway to connect my mom's tiny home to our home. The entire process from estimate to completion was wonderful. The crew was kind and quick---finishing the project in just a few days. They also worked with us to get the project within budget-thank you!

I am very happy with my front and back deck they built me. Always very nice and constantly asked me if I was happy with it!! Beautiful work!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nick and his team, and I can confidently say they are the best out there. They built a two level deck for us, and we love it! Quality work and super respectful, friendly guys. They had our deck done in just a few days and answered all the many questions we had along the way. HIGHLY recommend.

"I just had my floors redone by the team at Floors and More, and they did a fantastic job. They removed the carpet out of four bedrooms and replaced it with hardwood, and the results are excellent. The crew was professional and the quality of the work is top-notch. Highly recommend them if you're looking for flooring updates!"
