Have used this service for over 10 years and have been pleased with service. But accounts receivable just caused me a banking nightmare. They told me they were charging my account one amount and took a higher amount causing an overdraft on my account. Do not pay by CC over phone.
Kent called me back and apologized for the clerical error. Will continue to be a loyal customer. They truly care about taking care of their customers.

We have had a great experience with Kent Sanders and his company. They handle our parking lots in the winter time with ice and snow and are always prompt. I would recommend Sanders to anyone needed residential or commercial services. They are an excellent partner to our business.

I’ve never seen a company more inconsistent than these people. I’m seriously going back to Fairway. At least they come ON TIME. It does me no good to have my yard treated, if they don’t come back for another 4-6 months. The weeds you tried to kill are still present and accounted for, and the good grass is dying. Keep in mind, we’ve had more than enough rain to keep it watered on top of me using a sprinkler on really hot days. I can go around the corner and point out plenty of yards that should be the standard. This is their only warning from me before I start to complain to the BBB.

Sanders not only corrected everything I complained about, they exceeded my expectations. Kent called me personally after posting this review, and since then, I’ve had no problems. I’d definitely suggest them to anyone who needs lawn care!!

I could not be more impressed with the Sanders and the quality that I’ve received in my yard but also the lawns in my neighborhood. Our yards look incredible compared to others. Highly, highly recommend! You will experience the highest quality, local service!

I'm not sure how lo g. I have used this company,maybe 18 months. My backyard is almost bare. I contacted Kyle and he promised it would be made good. After 2 months I still hadn't heard from anyone. I tried calling again. When he called back I only got hello out before he started chewing me out. He told me if I wasn't satisfied he would take me off the list. That is no way to treat people. I hope it wasn't because I am elderly.

After having questions about one of our treatments, I received a phone call from the owner! He and I had a wonderful visit and he was so kind to answer my questions and resolve the issue. This is exactly why you should own a locally owned and operated business as opposed to corporate. They care about customer service and care! Their employees are incredibly professional.
I encourage you to give them a chance. They have a background in soil testing and treatment and cater each treatment to your yard's needs!

Sanders Ground Essentials is amazing. This is my second season with them and let me tell you my lawn is deep green growing strong. I have to let you all know the grub treatment is a saving grace if you have armadillos. Those little devils will destroy your yard but the grub treatment makes them go bye bue 😁 Lastly the are locally owned and operated and the owners know what your lawn needs.

I have used many lawn treatment companies over th e years and NO ONE has measured up the the quality WITH RESULTS of Sanders Ground Essentials. The fungus, which was out of control is gone. No weeds and the turf is thick, healthy and beautiful. Call Sanders if you love a beautiful lawn!

We live in Pleasant Valley in WLR and it's been about 18 months since we switched our lawn chemical service from a well known company that we used for years to Sanders and OMG, what a difference a year+ makes!! The bear spots are now starting to fill in with Zoysia and our lawn is noticeably thicker!! The previous company just applied whatever treatment they were putting out for all of the other customers on their route. Sanders on the other hand customized our treatment plan by actually doing soil samples before starting our service and determined that our grass had a severe fungus which was causing the bare spots and also needed lime. Well, the science actually works! I don't normally take the time to do reviews but we're SO happy with Sanders wanted to let you know about our experience in case you're thinking about making a change! We highly recommend them!!

My yard has never looked better! For the first time ever I have no weeds. The tech is always on time and exceptionally friendly! He is very thorough and has even moved my grandkids toys so they don’t get chemicals on them. I highly recommend this company!

We have used multiple others services in the 7 years we have lived here and none have done a good job. Sanders has been such a refreshing change, not only for our lawn, but for us....it is so nice, and increasingly rare, to do business with people who deliver on what they say! They have been professional and punctual and have turned our yard around in only 3 treatments; they even fit us in, last minute, for a next day treatment when we were suddenly hit by army worms. Our yard finally looks amazing and we are so pleased. We will not be doing business will any other company. Thank you Kyle for taking pride in what you do.

I’ve been using Sanders for about 6 years now. They took my yard from two other companies that blamed my weeds on me. In just 4 short months after getting on board with Sanders I have the prettiest yard in the neighborhood. Had a few weeds pop up and called Kyle- weeds gone 2 weeks later.

Then sent him to my daughter’s yard- nothing but weeds. Saw no grass. Today a year later the yard is 4” deep in lush grass!!!!

Ross who treats our yard always does a great job of not just treating it but also takes the time to educate me on the treatment plan so as a customer I’m part of team. The guys that mow the yard are quick and never miss a spot! Everything is pristine by the time they leave. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed immediately. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Kyle several times. He really cares about doing a job well done and making sure the customer is satisfied with their service - which is a rarity in today’s world. If you are looking for an among lawn care service give them a call.

Sanders has done wonders with my lawn this year! I was not sure if I wanted to pay for a lawn service since I previously used another company and did not see any results. I am so glad I decided to use them. I am not very knowledgeable about grass and yards, but they made the process very easy. I saw a FB post from a friend that was very complimentary of what they had done for their lawn. I called Sanders to ask them a lot of questions, and they were very prompt and thorough in explaining the process and the lawn treatments. After they took soil samples of my yard, I received a very detailed report of what they found. Any time I have a question, they never seen bothered and call me back right away. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone at Sanders knows the true definition of customer service. I'm so glad that Sheridan is in their service area. My neighbor, who happens to have the best yard in my subdivision, told me my grass was so neglected to not expect wonders this year because it would take time. However, he came and told me in July that he couldn't believe how nice my lawn was looking in such a short time and he might switch his lawn service to Sanders. If you are looking for someone to work wonders with your lawn, give them a call!

I started using Sanders Ground Essentials in September or October of 2023. They are the fourth company I have used to control weeds and fertilize my grass over the last 15 years. They are by far the best. They started with an initial treatment and took multiple soil samples for analysis to determined if the treatment needed to be adjusted. They have determined that the PH of the soil is low needs lime to raise it to an acceptable level to get the full benefit of the fertilizer that will be applied in the spring. My yard looks better than ever and I highly recommend them.

Ok long story so I’ll give the synopsis at the top!

Ok now my story!
Two years ago, I wanted a lush green beautiful yard! I of course called Kyle. He came out took soil samples. Yes they do that, send them off and get a complete breakdown of your PARTICULAR yard makeup! So they can formulate a specific plan for your yard. It’s not a one size fits all!!

Fast forward a year. I had to call and cancel my fertilization contract! Kyle of course called and was like I seen you cancelled your contract did we do something wrong! I said quite the opposite you did too good of a job! I can’t even let my yard go a week without mowing because it’s so lush!! Like my lawn kower would bog down it was so thick!

Well fast forward to this year. I had no weed control, no fertilizer. Lesson learned!

I was OVERRAN with weeds but mostly dandelions! Everywhere! I was having to mow just to keep them at bay. Multiple times compare to the regular grass still low! Very annoying! Then literally next day they would just pop up again!

I texted Kyle and was like hey I have a huge dandelion problem. Is there anything I can buy at Lowe’s or HD (already looked) that I can spread that will kill the dandelions! He explained there is stuff and what to look for but it’s not great and not cheap!
He was correct it ranged from a small bag at 30+ dollars to 100 dollars. Granted no guarantee this would work and you would have to do the work!

He said if you just need weed killing we can come out and spray and handle that, and do that 3 times a year. Granted your specific yard might be more or less but mine was aroundd 80 dollars for the weed treatment! Clearly that is a similar price to hardware stores treatment!

He explained what I’m seeing now should have been killed in the fall with their fall weed killer! They would have never bloomed!

So his guy came out and sprayed. Literally next day they were already wilting and dying. I wish I got a before and after pic but I didn’t!

I gave it about a week and you have to water it in! I mowed yesterday and the dandelions just literally are dead at the root! It was amazing! My yard looks so good now!!

I’m so happy with the service! I got my neighbors on with Sanders as well!

I absolutely love the quality of service I get from Sanders! My yard looks great year-round and the guys who come and service the lawn are so kind and respectful. We’ve had some high winds lately and my grill ended up tipping over before Ethan came out to spray my yard today. He not only picked it up, but he put all of the pieces back where they needed to be. Most people would just spray around it but he went the extra mile. The yards around me all have thick weeds throughout their yards and there’s not a weed to be found in mine. Highly recommend Sanders to anyone looking for quality lawn care!
