Kenneth installed 2 units for my office. He did a wonderful job that is still working as well as the first day I turned on the units. Anytime that I have a question, he is quick to respond and help me. I have received several compliments and the electric bill for the office is probably the best part of it all. Very efficient and affordable.

The technician was very nice and professional. This is the first time in years that my heating system worked this good. The price was very reasonable and I was really happy to know that I didn’t need another unit.

Had an A/C problem at quitting time for the day. They still came that day to check it out. Had to order part which they got early next morning. Had us going before lunch. Can’t ask for better customer service.

Great service from the company. Response times are great. They have installed several Samsung mini splits for my family and I, and we are very satisfied with them. No matter when I call, Kenny and his employees are there to help.

They came early on a Saturday! The repairman got the job done quickly. He was a pleasant young man who answered my questions. He also told me if the house hadn't cooled down enough by tonight, to call and he would come back.

They were at my house within an hour! Replaced a part, filled up the Freon , checked filters etc and got us back up and running. Tanner was knowledgeable and efficient! It was our first experience with Baskins.
Very impressed!

Nathan did a great job! He showed up on time, thoroughly investigated and fixed both AC units.

Friendly neighborhood professionals that offer the best quality in HVAC equipment and services. I would highly recommend the high-end variable speed heat pump/furnace combo. Excellent system with amazing efficiency!

Jay was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explaining how he had to do the maintenance on my units.( 2 ) He was very pleasant and I am a happy lady again.

I hope i got his name right, jake the tech, was very professional , my wife heard our outside unit making a loud squealing noise this went on and off all night , i checked and suspect the fan motor was throwing a bearing , so i called Baskin’s and i figure it would be a week or so like all the others. BUT i was amazed to see him pull up approx three hours after i called , so jake went to the unit i told him what was happening and what i heard, he looked at everything from the capacitor to Freon, washing down my unit and he had the parts on his truck unbelievable! I could not believe he actually had the parts!!! Anyway he changed out the fan motor and check the unit in the house , my unit is running like a brand new one . Hell yea everything is perfect, Jake is a professional gentleman has the attitude for the customers and his job it shows, I would most definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs a job well done . Also the best part price was unbelievable great perfect not outrageously high like the others have charged me, I’m definitely signing up for the yearly full service maintenance protection,

My experience with Baskins heat and air was great. I called on a Sunday and a repairman was here within the hour. He was polite and explained that he had to order a part and was here and had it running before 9:00 am this morning.

My AC unit wasn’t working so I gave Baskins a call and they came within 30 minutes ! He was very knowledgeable and he kept me informed of what he was doing. In less than 10 minutes he found the problem and in about 30 minutes he had me up and running again, he saved the day! He was very fair with pricing also, I would definitely use this company again and would suggest anyone having HVAC problems to call Baskins !

They were honest and upfront with me saying it would be a day getting to me, but a tech would call me when they were heading my way. The tech did indeed call me and showed up on time. Did the service promptly, noted some needed repairs for the future. Their office will email me an invoice, which I especially appreciate.

I plan on using them again.

Guy showed, think he said his name was Terrence. He went straight to work and in minutes found the problem. He showed up on a Sunday…WOW. He went straight to work. He immediately found the problem and was honest in what the problem was. He was people friendly and very professional. Even the clerk that took the call was so friendly and helpful. A couple of weeks before selling the house, our heat pump stopped cooling. I called Baskins and they quickly made the repair. A couple of days later the heat pump was struck by lightning and was not repairable. Baskins quickly located a suitable new heat pump, and since the inside unit and all the wiring was 40 years old, replaced all of the wiring and the inside unit, all at a great price. We also had workers and Estate sale people in the house so it was essential to get the heat pump replaced quickly. I highly recommend Baskins for repair and HVAC replacement. All of the employees that they sent out were professional, caring, and dependable.

To Baskin HVAC, the technician was very pleasant, seemed knowledgeable about the Blue Ridge min split I have. I was very pleased with the results of his service visit. He solved the problem and I’m up and running again.

Technician came early in the morning despite severe weather and promptly fixed our issue. Then he cleaned out our coils and checked our attic for any problems. We’re repeat customers now because of their quality of service.

I wish everyone in the construction industry would follow through and do what they say they are going to do. You know, be dependable. Baskins did exactly what they said, we’re on time and did a great job. They also communicated very well throughout the job. Would definitely use again and refer to others!!

Our a/c went out on a 90 degree day and we called Baskins. They sent a service tech out with the needed part and we had cool air in no time. The service tech, Nathan, was very professional and friendly. Baskins HVAC is our go to for our ac/heating needs as it is apparent that this local family business takes pride in their work.

Came out diagnosed my A/C unfortunately my A/C was like 50 years old so there wasn’t much they could do but they started working on an estimate for a new A/C the same day! Hopefully if the price is right they will be putting it in for me later this year!
