Came the same day I called. Fixed the problem. It took a bit of troubleshooting. Nathan was our service man. Excellent. Knowledgeable. Professional and courteous.

Responded quickly. Work was efficient and explained in detail with options. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was great! Thank you all for the quality of service you provide, especially in this rural area.

Talk about service! I called and the repair man was here in about an hour. He was very thorough as he diagnosed what was wrong with my unit. I had to have a new blower and 2 related parts. He had all the parts on his truck. The cost was reasonable. I’m very happy. Prompt, polite and professional.

GREAT service! I thought it was my thermostat but it turned out to be the motor. Was fixed within an hour and I now have heat! Very reasonably priced. Thank you Jay (tech) and Baskins HVAC.

The technicians showed up far earlier than I expected. They were very professional and got right to work. The problem was a blown capacitor, and once it was replaced, my AC was up and working once again. Best of all, the price for the assessment and repair was so much lower than I expected! They will be my first call any time I have an issue in the future! Wonderful experience!!

New customer who called with a heater problem. Kenneth Baskins was there within 2 hours to check out my heater. He was unable to repair my heater (it had blown up) but he offered me several options including a reasonable estimate for a new heating/cooling unit. The service call was reasonably priced. He is a very professional, knowledgeable HVAC provider. I would give him the highest rating possible.

Kenny this guy u hired out of Helena is the real deal. I could tell he knew what he was doing. If I would’ve had workers that good I would still be in business. U can send him over any day to my place when I have a problem. I’d try to hang on to him if possible. Thanks for sending him Curtis

I called Monday morning a little after 8 and they were here before 12 the same day. They are very professional.

We were very pleased at how fast we were taken care of. Our unit went out in temps close to 100 and we had a new unit installed within 24 hours! So thankful for Baskins and how fast they worked to get us up and running again

The technician called ahead and showed up quickly, once he got to my home he was very pleasant and engaging and got right to work. Got my AC working like it should and left no trace of him being inside or outside my home. Very pleased

Price was was reasonable. Quick response on my needs. Also the technician was able to walk me through everything he was doing and very informative and professional. Very good technician and speedy service provided.

Morning after Thanksgiving and of course the heater wasn't working properly. Called around 10ish. Was told a technician would try to make it that day if not the next day. No problem, it is the day after a holiday and several places I had called were closed. We were pleased to see the technician pulling into our drive before noon that same day. He diagnosed the issue and in no time replaced the part. Extremely friendly and professional. 10/10 . Thank you for a great job.

Called and was told someone could come the next day. Had to work the next day. Tech arrived on the morning of the appointed day. Evaluated the situation and told me about what needed to be done then and possibly in the future. Got unit working then and told me to call him if I anything else needed to be done. He was very thorough and had a great personality. Greatly appreciate the service. Also when I called, the women answering the phone and scheduling service was very friendly and understanding.

Basking is always quick to respond to calls and issues. Their technicians are all knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing the issues with our units. Their customer service is always positive and the technicians never leave a job without making sure everything is working properly and that we are satisfied with their work.
