These guys are great. Our A/C was about to struggle through another hot summer. We called around. These guys underbid all the others. They came within days and replaced our weary unit. That was a couple of years ago. It is still going strong. They are quick to service our unit and even answers on weekends. I highly recommend them.

They were very up front about the cost. He came out the very next day to get my air fixed for my family!! I highly recommend this company!!

We love the great service from the Fitz Brothers and they always come out when we need them. They put in a mini split and a new attic coil this year at our house and their rates are lower than other estimates from local companies in this area. We have used them for several years and have always been happy with their work.

I have used this company the last 10 years for all my A/C and Heating needs and have suggested this company to many work friends in need. But, this is the first time, that I have added a online review. The company has just recently installed 2 new A/C-Heating units in my home. Chris and Cole done an outstanding job, replied quickly and accessed the issues throughly and even upsized one of the units that was struggling to keep up with the demand. Please give this company a call for your A/C and Heating needs, I am sure you will find them more than competitive cost wise. Most of all they will give you an honest assessment of what issues you are having or if none, just a yearly cleaning and inspection to keep your units working properly.

Chris and Fitz Service Company are amazing! They provide excellent service, timely responses and care about customer satisfaction. I am new to a heat pump system and have had some issues with the thermostat and general system knowledge. Chris has been more than helpful coming to my home in a timely manner to fix the issue and also educate me on the system. I highly recommend them as a trusted contractor and as a friendly face.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days in Central, AR. I worked with Blake Humphrey on what his recommendations were for my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help! He let me know my payment options and went above and beyond to make this a stress free process. I picked my payment option Friday afternoon and he was able to get a crew out that evening to have my new system installed. I explained I was a single mom with two girls and he was able to get a crew together to get us all set up so we wouldn’t have to go all weekend without AC! Mike Lopez was one of the technicians who installed my new system. He had a positive attitude and was willing to help. He worked diligently to change out my systems and ensure everything was operating properly. Joe & Jaylen were the other two techs who were just as amazing as Mike. Their ability to work together and knock this job out was impressive! They had me up and running in no time. These men didn’t have to come on a late Friday evening to set up a new system, but they did. This exemplifies their morale and dedication to their work and their customers. This is what true teamwork looks like for sales and operations making this a wonderful and stress free process as a customer. I am extremely grateful and appreciative to have had these gentleman take one problem off of my hands!

He was extremely pleasant, easy going, and thorough at describing the job and handling the paperwork. I was having a bad day, early that morning, but he stayed professional. Seems minor, but he had great people skills and told me step by step what he did to keep the system maintained. The pump system was already high quality, also purchased from Middletown about a year ago. All around good experience.
