DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN TELL YOU THEY NEED MORE MONEY TO ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUE. I SENT THEM OUT TO DO A SIMPLE CLOG TOILET, THEY SAID THEY NEED TO TAKE THE TOILET OFF TO UNCLOG IT FOR AN EXTRA 200 AFTER PAYING $136 FOR THE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I am officially updating my previous review to 5 stars. While my initial experience was beyond frustrating, the way this company’s leadership handled the situation deserves genuine "kudos."
After I escalated my concerns to the owner, Greg, and the general manager, the response was fast and decisive. They didn't make excuses; they took immediate action:
Accountability: The unprofessional employee who was originally sent to my home was dealt with swiftly. It’s clear that management does not tolerate the "scamming" tactics or harassment I initially experienced.
Personal Touch: Greg, the owner, personally came out to my home to handle the installation himself.
Quality & Price: The work was perfect, the price was more than reasonable, and most importantly, Greg was incredibly thoughtful, considerate, and cordial with my family.
It is clear to me now that the leadership here takes their reputation and customer satisfaction to heart. They turned a disaster into a great experience, and for that level of integrity and hard work, I highly recommend them.

We had an issue with a service technician they contract out to, but once we contacted the owner, they were very understanding. Greg actually came out and installed our new water heater himself. His customer service was great, as well as the service provided. He even stayed for a few minutes afterwards to help me with a water pressure issue in my bathtub!
