Had them out to remove a tree next to a fence, on a septic field and hanging over a power lines and our house. Yikes! Two guys had it down and removed before I finished my coffee. Professional and a joy to watch.

Costumer service is a 10!

What a great team of guys! Jedidiah came out first to assess the property and give me a quote. I never felt belittled or at a disadvantage with him. I checked around to see if his pricing was fair and it was. I told Jed of my timeline conflicts as I was going to have the privacy fence closed in but did not want to pay extra for the wider gates to get his equipment through. He had a team out there before the fence crew came. It was way before his scheduled arrival so I know he had to push to work me in. I was so thankful.

Jedidiah arrived with the crew to begin the project then let them get to work. The crew was absolutely amazing. Very respectful to me and treated my property with diligent care placing protector pads on the ground for all equipment so not to cause ruts in my yard. They gently maneuvered around landscaping to not disturb or break anything. There were ZERO safety issues and that was impressive as they were removing very tall trees close to my home. I even had a tree removed from the flower bed and they left that space looking better than it was before.

I had to leave before the project was complete. When I returned I recognized and area Jedidiah and I discussed removing that was still there. When I called and spoke to him about it he quickly apologized and took the responsibility of the miscommunication between him and the crew. He had the crew back out the very next day!

We can't say enough good things about this company. They showed up on short notice and removed a storm damaged tree in less than 2 hours-- down to every last twig! The crew worked like a well oiled machine, precise, professional, and gentle on our yard as well. We were blessed beyond measure!

Absolutely the best, most professional tree service I have ever seen. Within two hours the trees were gone, cleaned up, stumps ground and raked. Every single person knew their responsibility and fulfilled it perfectly. If you need any tree service of any type, we recommend them 100%. Truly top notch and just great people!

Several family members has use Jedidiahs Sawyers tree service over the years. My grandma called me and said she had a very large tree she was worried about and with the expected storms coming in this weekend asked it I could get ahold of Jedidiah and asked him to come give her and estimate and remove the tree before the storms. jedidiah said his schedule was booked pretty tight but he would do his best. His crew showed up before the weekend storms the price agreed on and his crew quickly and professional removed to remove the large tree. Although my grandma had asked him to do removal and clean up she exspected to have some clean up left to deal but when Jedidiahs crew was done there was absolutely nothing left for her to clean up even the shaving from the stump removal was completely cleaned up. Sawyers tree servoce will always be the 1st choice for any of my family as tree removal needs

Nothing but praise and appreciation for the job Jedidiah Sawyer Tree Service did today for me!! They removed a large hack berry tree, ground the stump and topped a pecan tree. His team of 11 did an awesome job on the clean up and making sure everything looked good before they left. It was obvious his people are well trained and customer service is high priority. I was in awe of watching these guys work today. I highly recommend these folks for your tree service. Thanks to Jedidiah and his team of hard workers!

Did work on my neighbors property. They parked 2 trucks and a trailer on my property while they did the job. Left ruts in the yard as well as empty bottles that I had to smooth out after they left. Wasn't my job so no idea how well they did on what they were hired for, but lost my respect as a company when they didn't respect my property.

This review is late but very much warranted.
They decided to leave me on read back in March when trying to schedule an estimate to get part of a tree cut at my house. Not sure what’s with companies in the area, but this was like the 4th company to do this to me and frankly left me pissed off. The lack of respect for my time made me look elsewhere, and the company that actually came out to give me an estimate and got the work done (Chow’s Tree Service) did a phenomenal job, and they will be getting my return business as I have more work I want done later on.

Will definitely be adding Sawyer Tree Services to the list of companies I will tell others to avoid at all costs. Extremely disheartening as a new homeowner in the area to see how many companies just don’t care about customers/potential customers.
