Jed and his guys are incredibly well thought-out and, sincerely professional and efficient. Although I was told they have all of the tools, when their crews showed up with the machinery I was surprised by the types of tools and trucks and such they had. Two good-sized trees taken down, stumps grinded, and roots taken out around the stumps in four hours. Not a lot of crews can do this - not as effective as Jed’s crew.
I highly recommend Jedidiah Tree Service!

Had them out to remove a tree next to a fence, on a septic field and hanging over a power lines and our house. Yikes! Two guys had it down and removed before I finished my coffee. Professional and a joy to watch.

This review is late but very much warranted.
They decided to leave me on read back in March when trying to schedule an estimate to get part of a tree cut at my house. Not sure what’s with companies in the area, but this was like the 4th company to do this to me and frankly left me pissed off. The lack of respect for my time made me look elsewhere, and the company that actually came out to give me an estimate and got the work done (Chow’s Tree Service) did a phenomenal job, and they will be getting my return business as I have more work I want done later on.

Will definitely be adding Sawyer Tree Services to the list of companies I will tell others to avoid at all costs. Extremely disheartening as a new homeowner in the area to see how many companies just don’t care about customers/potential customers.

What a great team of guys! Jedidiah came out first to assess the property and give me a quote. I never felt belittled or at a disadvantage with him. I checked around to see if his pricing was fair and it was. I told Jed of my timeline conflicts as I was going to have the privacy fence closed in but did not want to pay extra for the wider gates to get his equipment through. He had a team out there before the fence crew came. It was way before his scheduled arrival so I know he had to push to work me in. I was so thankful.

Jedidiah arrived with the crew to begin the project then let them get to work. The crew was absolutely amazing. Very respectful to me and treated my property with diligent care placing protector pads on the ground for all equipment so not to cause ruts in my yard. They gently maneuvered around landscaping to not disturb or break anything. There were ZERO safety issues and that was impressive as they were removing very tall trees close to my home. I even had a tree removed from the flower bed and they left that space looking better than it was before.

I had to leave before the project was complete. When I returned I recognized and area Jedidiah and I discussed removing that was still there. When I called and spoke to him about it he quickly apologized and took the responsibility of the miscommunication between him and the crew. He had the crew back out the very next day!

Costumer service is a 10!

We can't say enough good things about this company. They showed up on short notice and removed a storm damaged tree in less than 2 hours-- down to every last twig! The crew worked like a well oiled machine, precise, professional, and gentle on our yard as well. We were blessed beyond measure!

Absolutely the best, most professional tree service I have ever seen. Within two hours the trees were gone, cleaned up, stumps ground and raked. Every single person knew their responsibility and fulfilled it perfectly. If you need any tree service of any type, we recommend them 100%. Truly top notch and just great people!

Several family members has use Jedidiahs Sawyers tree service over the years. My grandma called me and said she had a very large tree she was worried about and with the expected storms coming in this weekend asked it I could get ahold of Jedidiah and asked him to come give her and estimate and remove the tree before the storms. jedidiah said his schedule was booked pretty tight but he would do his best. His crew showed up before the weekend storms the price agreed on and his crew quickly and professional removed to remove the large tree. Although my grandma had asked him to do removal and clean up she exspected to have some clean up left to deal but when Jedidiahs crew was done there was absolutely nothing left for her to clean up even the shaving from the stump removal was completely cleaned up. Sawyers tree servoce will always be the 1st choice for any of my family as tree removal needs

Nothing but praise and appreciation for the job Jedidiah Sawyer Tree Service did today for me!! They removed a large hack berry tree, ground the stump and topped a pecan tree. His team of 11 did an awesome job on the clean up and making sure everything looked good before they left. It was obvious his people are well trained and customer service is high priority. I was in awe of watching these guys work today. I highly recommend these folks for your tree service. Thanks to Jedidiah and his team of hard workers!

WOW! I know that I can be a difficult customer! For over 50 years I had a business that did customer service so I know what great customer service is! Eben Ezer Tree Service was recommended to me by another tree service because I wanted my stumps ground. After my 1st initial contact with the company and their response time- I was impressed. They tell me when they will call, text, or arrive and they do it. They cut, ground, and removed debris for my 25 trees. The team of men are clean-cut, polite, cheerful, and knowledgeable of their craft. Their prices are reasonable. They are careful around the yard. When I read their reviews--I thought maybe a friend or relative wrote them---I do not think that now. If I ever need trees removed again I know who to call!

The guys did a great job cutting down 2 big trees in our yard. I got 4 estimates and they were by far the best one. They were on time and showed up exactly when they said they would. Communication was great and they made sure the yard was cleaned up before they left. Would definitely use again!

They removed a large tree and two smaller ones plus trimmed low hanging limbs which line our driveway. They were very professional and they did a Wonderful Job on clean up. We had them work at our Church and our Church was very pleased with their Outstanding Service. Honest, Fair priced and Hard Working. We will use them again and will recommend to family and friends!

Very professional and on time. Came the next day to give me an estimate and scheduled my tree removal quickly. Very reasonable price wise. I compared to a couple different companies. They made it an easy process.

Deep Root Tree Services did an excellent job! At my Mom’s house, they removed a very large tree that was leaning over her house, and at my house, they removed a smaller tree and trimmed a lot of large branches over my roof and lawn.

They were prompt with return calls, on time for both the estimate and work appointments, and were very courteous and professional. Their price was extremely reasonable. It was the lower of two estimates received for each of the jobs.

The tree at my mom’s house was in a precarious position between two houses, and they did a good job protecting both of the properties.

They were flexible and great to work with. When they arrived to work at my house, I asked if they could take down a couple more branches in addition to what we originally discussed at the estimate. They also found another, somewhat larger, dead branch that needed to be removed that I had not noticed. They took care of all of those additional items that same day at a great, re-negotiated cost. They also cut down a dead stump I requested at the last minute at no additional cost.

On the very large oak tree that needed trimming over my lawn, they took the time to discuss with me which branches might need to come down to get more sunlight on the lawn and to look aesthetically pleasing. They had me review the work as it progressed, to ensure my satisfaction, and I was able to request to remove a couple more limbs, which they took care of. The results were beautiful!

They were very careful with their bucket truck so as not to damage my yard, and the clean-up after the job was more than thorough. I had trimmed some shrubs that morning as they were working, and they even picked up the branches I had trimmed myself when they were cleaning! Wow! There was no sign of sawdust on my driveway when they left.

This is an excellent company to work with! As a single woman taking care of a home (and my mom’s), I felt that I got a very fair deal and that they completed their work with integrity and an old-fashioned work ethic that you don’t see much anymore.
