Absolutely appalled! Needed a couple outlets upgraded, nothing too serious. Went to do chores around the house. Came back to check on the progress and caught the tech (Bryan) with a pair of my wife's undies. Very unprofessional employees.

I’ve had them to a couple jobs for me. Installed an outside outlet and wiring light switches for a bathroom remodel. Prices are reasonable and they are very professional and clean up after themselves.

Both technicians were very personable knowledgeable and patient. They explained everything that they were doing. It was the second time that we have used Mister Sparky and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done in your home.

Greg Cathey of Mister Sparky is the guy! He and his apprentice, Alec, were AWESOME!!! Not only were they great at their work, they were so kind and respectful. They took better care of our carpet than we do, lol! They cleaned up after themselves, sweeping the floor where they had installed a new outlet, where covers on their shoes every single time they came into the house. They gave me the price for the job, or jobs I should say, and itemized the jobs so I could pick and choose which ones I needed and then which ones I wanted, etc. They came on Wednesday and heard us out on what we wanted, gave the bid the same day, and returned to do all the work that could be done at this point, two days later. If only I could explain how often contractors or professionals like this don't even call back with a quote....wow! Best experience with a home type service so far! Greg Cathey 743-2805

Very professional and very knowledgeable! They were upfront and honest about what needed to be done and what exactly they were doing. They also went above and beyond. My fridge had gone out and the problem was my breaker.

Tommy and Alec were very polite and helpful in getting it fixed. Alec even made sure that the wiring for my fridge was alright and wouldn't degrade with the new breaker. If you need any work done then call Tommy and Alex. They are awesome!

I bought 45’ of 6/3 wire from here, I hadn’t even thought of it r until I was lucky that an employee at a big orange store told me to “try” them since they were out of what I needed! I went here, totally helpful and they smoked the other place on the cost of the wire!! No competition! I have since went there first for anything electrical and tell everyone I know to go here FIRST! Matter of fact I’m bringing dad in law there tomorrow for a project I gotta do at his house!

Don't waste your time here. Front counter guys are rude and won't help you find the parts you need. They will tell you "we don't know. We're not the electrician". Go on down to the Searcy store and them guys will hook you up.
