Wonderful company and very fast service! Alan Holland was my service Technician and he was super professional and definitely knew his stuff. I would 100% recommend to my family and friends!!

Kerry came out today to service unit. He was so thoughtful and nice. Plus he helped with a problem that another company was going to charge over $1000 for. Wow. I'm so glad we found this company. Can't say enough good things.

ALL contact with Moore Heat and Air was conducted in a complete professional manner. We asked for quotes from 6 different companies for the replacement of our HVAC units. From the 1st contact they seemed the highest of standards. We had quotes from much higher to much lower. They were the ONLY one that measured the site for an accurate HVAC unit. All others appeared to estimate according to what was presently installed. They were also the only company that mentioned balancing the system, which is a term i know of from being in the construction industries. They also answered every question i asked very clearly . They were not the cheapest but in my opinion was hands down the best investment. To go even further, the techs that came to install my system were excellent and very knowledgeable. It was don in less time than expected from an install that far less than even below par by the company that previously installed out old equipment. I expect a long relationship with Moore Heat and Air. I highly reccomend you do the same. If there were 10 stars that is what they would get.

Very professional, fast, nice and very reasonable with their prices. I checked around several different places before choosing them. They fixed our air issues and even cleaned up after themselves! I will not go anywhere else for now on! They gave me helpful tips for the future and did not "little lady" me. I felt as if it were a family member coming over to help fix my ac. Very Happy Customer!!!!

Professional, friendly, and finished the install of the unit in a reasonable amount of time. Came back out the next day to make sure heat/air was blowing at full power. Great customer service every time I call. Never dissatisfied.

James from Moore came out today to check out my unit because my heat stopped working. Great guy, very courteous and promptly found and fixed my problem. All around great service from Moore. Will be recommending and using again in the future!

Been using Moore for several years now and they recently installed a new attic unit. Friendly and courteous with knowledgeable and respectful workers. Finding a service company you can trust is getting harder these days but I certainly found one in Moore's. If you've got heating and cooling problems, "Don't pull out your hair, just call Moore Heat and Air!"

I’ve used Moore Heat & Air for a few problems with my system! They’ve far exceeded my expectations & today was exceptional enough to warrant me reviewing!! Jonathan was dispatched to my house for same issues that had gone on prior to this call! Not to take from the guys here previously as they were courteous & addressed issue @ hand! Jonathan wasn’t leaving here until he was happy it was working as should!! Low & behold he found issue other techs just perhaps overlooked!! This young man in an asset to your company & informed me of a program offered to avoid this from ever happening again!! Thank you from a loyal customer for life!! Jackie Pitalo

Great company!!! They stepped up and filled a gap left by a local provider that was unable to keep a set appointment. Barbara worked the scheduling out rather quickly and Richard showed up 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment. He serviced and cleaned all three units and was done in a more than timely fashion. He left absolutely no trash for us to clean up after his visit. Thanks for the great service !!!! I will be handing out your business cards on a regular basis.

When my mother was dealing with a severe respiratory condition, and her air conditioner broke on a Saturday, I called about a dozen HVAC places. I only received a call back from Moore Heat & Air. From the moment James called there was transparency. He was upfront about the cost of a Saturday service call (a price that I consider to be reasonable) and after describing the problem, he said that he suspected that we would need a new fan. Without knowing the size of the fan that would be needed, he quoted the most expensive. He did that so that I would not have any unpleasant surprises after he arrived. I asked him when he could come down; he said he would load up and head our way. It’s a 40 minute drive from Cabot to England; he got here 45 minutes after we ended our call. That was impressive.

He was kind, professional, and the dogs loved him. I was worried that he was going to find more problems than he anticipated. While he was working on the unit, I asked him if the problem is what he suspected over the phone. He said no, that the problem appeared to be nothing more than a faulty wire. He repaired the wire, and our only cost was for the service call. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, our air conditioner was back on. He explained that the cost of the service call covers 30 days. If we were to have any problems, just call and we would only be charged for parts.

We will never use any heating and air company other than Moore. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

My dogs chewed through thermostat wire to the outdoor unit and Moore Heat and Air were able to work with my schedule and able to get me in pretty fast. The guys that came out, Jesse and John were very respectful and helpful. They were able to fix the wires and checked the entire system in an efficient timely manner. I would recommend Moore Heat and Air to anyone.

Sherry Moore Mash and her team are the best! When our heat went out, they had someone at our house in less than an hour and their after hours service call was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend and will use them for all future HVAC needs.

As I am writing this review, Kevin and Danielle are hard at work on my unit. With tears in my eyes, they told me that they would come help me. I am a disabled vet with limited means and mobility. The concern and treatment is above and beyond what anyone could even expect. I would use Moore Heat & Air for all my HVAC needs and so should you. They came to my house after normal hours and help my family. I have never in my entire life never seen a business care so much about their customers. If you want a company that treats you like family, Moore is the company for you! Moore Heat & Air they really care!

I am so impressed. Not only was the installation crew top-notch, but the whole team went 'far and beyond' in their customer service and support. Kevin spent well over an hour just making sure that the system was set up for maximum efficiency and explaining how it worked. We made a great choice having them replace our aging HVAC system, and we noticed immediate improvements. Highly recommended.

Tyler was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and punctual rep for Moore. His early arrival time for the scheduled appointment was followed by a very through in evaluation, cleaning and servicing of our AC system. He checked and cleaned items that previous companies never looked at before and gave our system a clean bill of health. I highly recommend their annual management plan...great value especially for the amount of time going over our AC system and items looked at.

Linda and Jonathon were Amazing to work with. They took care of me quickly and professionally. Jonathon explained all he did and why and made heater work again very quickly. AMAZING!!!

Moore Heat & Air in Cabot was highly recommended to me by my pastor, and as it turns out, my experience was also top-notch professionalism. If there were more stars to give, I would. I had been waiting many, many years before being capable of affording a new duct system and condenser. Brandon (installer) assessed the work, and Kevin (owner) offered a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my home was not cooling well into June 2024 and its internal got its hottest at 89°. The installers were here a shorter time period than expected and now, the house is cooling as hoped. And it should be noted that Brandon is a noble person, smart & efficient, and Alex could handle the heat while being amiable, and they work fast & quietly. Neither intrusive, but respectful. I’m so very grateful that there are skilled HVAC installers, like these guys, because without their work, where would we be in the midst of an Arkansas summer! Many thanks for this company, to Kevin, Brandon, Alex, and Danielle.

We had to get new units before summer and couldn’t decide which unit was right for us. Kevin allowed us to take our time making our decision and answered our many, many questions very thoroughly every time. We ended up choosing the Carrier Infinity system and are so glad we did!! The installers did a great job on installing our system and we’re loving how quiet it is! Even on high you can barely hear it running. It’s absolutely worth every penny to be cool, comfortable, and be able to hear each other talking, as the weather gets hotter outside. I can’t say enough good things about the people of Moore Heating & Air since literally every single person we talked to and dealt with in every capacity was genuinely nice and helpful from beginning to end.

Was very displeased...had someone out from there who discovered we had a freon leak. He called the next morning and quoted me one price to come back out and find the leak, 2 weeks later I had to call back to see why no one had come back to do the job. That's when he decided to tell me the price just to find the leak was more than double what he called and told me originally. No explanation for never coming out or why I would be charged 3 times more than reg service call fee.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible work and terrible customer service.
