Jeremy did a great job. Very friendly and really explained to me what my problem was. He came right out after I called on a Sunday night. I'll definitely be using Top Notch again when needed. I feel Jeremy is a big asset to Top Notch.

Reached out after having issues with our A/C and quickly received a response. Jeremy was great at communicating with me and he was able to come out quickly and find the issue and get us a quote for repairs. Highly recommend!

This business lives up to their name! I had a good local HVAC company in the past, but they sold out to a national chain. I’m glad, though, because I found a better HVAC company! Top Notch has exceeded my expectations each time they’ve helped me. From timely replies…to appointments in a quick timeframe…to texts when they’re on their way in a reasonable window…to friendly techs…to not-gonna-stop-til-we-get-this-done attitudes. Exactly what I want from folks who help me keep my home in good shape! Happy to support and recommend this great business!!

My air went out in the evening and it was impossible to get anyone to come out unless I had a membership with them. I’m so thankful Jeremy from Top Notch fit me in regardless. He was so kind, professional, and very good at what he does. Top Notch will be my go to company from now on!

I am so thankful for Steven Long of Top Notch Home Services!! Steven absolutely blew me away with his work and attention to detail. He *literally* transformed my dreams into reality!! I am just in awe....! All of my trim is unique and custom built to perfection just for ME!!! Instead of buying pre-made trim (specifically-above the door detail) he built everything custom and one-of-a-kind!! Steven scraped and painted my vaulted popcorn ceiling, removed all interior doors, baseboards and door trim and replaced front door, including custom built exterior trim work. He installed all new doors and replaced the builder grade trim and baseboards to Craftsman style! Steven even removed a ceiling fan and installed a vintage light fixture for me! I HIGHLY recommend Steven and will be using him again in the future.

Top Notch is fabulous! I called after hours and left a voicemail, their automated text service had a technician reach out to us that evening, we opted for next day service. Their technician was on time and text let us know who would be at our home and when. Jeremy was competent and so kind. He quickly got the repair job done, shared consumer knowledge with us, and provided great customer service!

Top Notch was so quick to get back to us when we were having trouble with our AC unit. A rep was at our place quickly, and they were very informative on our options. Would definitely recommend them!

Our AC was running amuck! We called Top Notch after a recommendation from a friend. Terry came out and cleaned our system (which evidently hadn’t been done in a very long time) and worked very throughly to make sure it was done well. Not only is our AC running better but our energy usage is down significantly. Very grateful for this fix!

Update: came back today(months later) for our heat cleaning and was efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10
