Was notified the service technician was on the way with an ETA. A picture was provided to me so that I would know who to expect. An inspection of my HVAC unit was conducted efficiently and professionally. I was provided a report of the condition of my unit and estimates of the suggested repairs. I will be using their services in the future.

I called after hours on a Friday evening and left a message about the air conditioning not cooling the house. Within a few minutes I received a text message. Shortly after that I received a call from Jeremy and he set up an appointment for the following morning. He was very knowledgeable and was able to detect the problem quickly. He kept me informed and let me know the cost and fixed it within an hour or so. I decided to sign up for a service membership and am thankful for their quick response on a holiday weekend!

Nd of course the ac quit. Called and they sent Terry out quickly. He listened to what I had to say and went right to work and figured out the issue fast and had it repaired fast!

Terry is an efficient and effective technician who communicated with me before coming out to let me know he was coming. He is knowledgeable about the trade and made recommendations to ensure my air flow is effective. The follow-up emails are very detailed and informational without being too hard to understand.

Woke up this morning 87 degrees in the house, no air flow. Tried everything I knew to do. Called Top Notch Heating and Air. No answer (dang another closed till Monday businesses) BUT WAIT! They texted me. You know why, because the tech was to busy taking care of another family to answer the on call phone. So Mrs Sadie got my information and gave it to the tech. Not being on their program I was expecting an all day wait or even a Monday morning phone call. No sir, No mam they was here within the hour. Expected the worse possible outcome. Steven diagnosed the problem, didn’t try to sell me some crap I didn’t need. Instead he fixed the issue, no problem. In return for that I signed up for the yearly membership. That’s how business should be done. Steven was absolutely AWESOME! I work as a CSR. So when I say this I mean it, that man was a GREAT CSR! And thank you Mrs Sara for having a great company!

Top Notch responded quickly, Terry and his assistant were polite and professional, and resolved the problem efficiently. Terry was able to answer additional questions I had about energy efficiency in my 90 year old house. I recommend Top Notch with no reservations!

Our heat went out during a snowstorm and despite road and weather conditions Top Notch came out same day and had us back up and running. Also, the workers put on shoe covers when they came inside the house. Just shows the care they put into everything they do.

We have used Top Notch for our home and our church and could not recommend them enough. Communication is great and the technicians are amazing. So thankful for this business and all they do!

This HAWT 🥵 mama is very grateful that Top Notch was quick to set up an appointment, and have a tech come out the same day. Chris was friendly and efficient. I also liked the tech tracker service and being sent a photo of the person coming to your home. Those are great features.

Excellent service. Cle was friendly and every professional. We had our dryer duct cleaned out. It was very compacted and now it is nice and clean! We called multiple HVAC companies and this company had the best price.

We just switched to Top Notch after 12 years with another HVAC company. Enrolled in the annual membership plan and had our first service appointment today. Terry, our technician, was right on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell me on anything we didn’t need, which tells me everything I need to know about how this business is run. Overall a great experience! Thank you.

Terry did a great job! He came out same day , we didn’t have to wait and be put on a schedule! He explained what the problem was, what it was going to take to fix it. And do his best to make sure we got the part as soon as we could! The price was reasonable as it was 2 separate times he came

Top notch has a small town repairman tone with loads of professionalism. They have invested in technology that allow the customer to track work, track appts and know who will be entering your home....fantastic service with knowledgeable follow through!

Top notch came out at 8:00 PM within about 15 mins of me calling. Super fast service and very convenient. Tech Cle, was very professional and knew his stuff. Had me up and running in no time.

Our HVAC started leaking throughout our house at 9pm. We text the owner, Sara, to ask what we should do. She immediately had us contact Jeremy for an after hours call. He was there within an hour, solved the problem, and educated us on an issue he also found with our filter. Because we have the membership, our dispatch fee was waived as well! Always recommend Top Notch to my friends and family. Always prompt, friendly, and honest.

Cle was a true professional! The team came in, and in two days had my flip property setup with an entire new hvac system and return air access. My goal is to provide higher quality renovation homes to the market, and Top Notch is a must use vendor in pursuit of the best end product!! Thank you!!

Top Notch Heating and Air really lived up to their name today. Terry Beavers was our technician, and he couldn’t have been easier to work with—laid-back, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. He took his time cleaning our system and made sure everything was running the way it should. It’s always a relief when a service visit feels this smooth. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Top Notch!! After being burned by a couple of other local HVAC businesses, Top Notch has been a God send! Their staff and techs are the most polite, their response time is super quick, and they are reliable and so affordable. They follow-up and check-in to remind me of services I need that I keep forgetting. I didn’t think any of these things existed in the HAVC industry. SO glad I found Top Notch Heating & Air!!!

Very detailed in servicing my unit. Like the fact that Terry showed me pics of the readings and explained in detail what they meant. Highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to maintain a service contract with. Without one most companies will not get to you for days and the price with Top Notch is very reasonable. Communication was easy and it was obvious they are on top of things.

Terry from Top Notch did an excellent job checking our systems and changing filters for our bi annual check up. He answered all our questions and was polite and very respectful. Would highly recommend this company. Always prompt in answering, scheduling and excellent communication.
