Steven McQueen at Riverbend is Awesome!! He always comes to our rescue at Dondies White River Princess. From our ice machine, to our air units, to our coolers and freezers. Steven makes us a priority! The majority of the time it’s after hours, but he shows up!

I want to thank Steven McQueen, Jared, and Andrew for coming to our rescue! Our house was only 6 yrs old and developed black mold in the AC unit and duct work! The company that installed it would not even come look at it when they were called. They blamed it on me not cleaning my air filters without even assessing it. I called Riverbend and they came that same day. The ins company engineer determined it was faulty installment. Riverbend was wonderful they cleaned unit, replaced all affected duct work and adjusted the air flow per room. The unit finally worked like it was designed. The staff was friendly supportive and efficient. The cost of replacement was affordable especially since insurance refused to cover the cost. I would definitely use Riverbend for all My HVAC needs in the future!

The installation looks clean and well done, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
