Kevin came out after I got off work to assist with my washer. He offered options and advice regarding the best washers. He even came out on a weekend. He has a great reputation for not only being good at his job, but actually caring about his customers. You're not a number, youre a person to Kevin Brown.

He was amazingly professional, extremely kind, did a wonderful job and did above and beyond what needed done! Could not have asked for a better service from anywhere else. They were extremely affordable and got our dryer fixed in no time and made me one happy momma to get laundry done :) 10/10 fully recommend!

My experience with KEVIN BROWN APPLIANCE is unmatched!

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's in October of 2024 and it stopped working in April of 2025. The refrigerator was 6 months old and still under manufacturer warranty by Frigidaire so all service had to go through them.

After 9 appointments with A&E scheduled by Frigidaire and 5 months with an appliance that wasn't fixed nor working, I got that call from Kevin Brown's appliance that they would be coming out to do the repairs. You can understand by this point I was over it and just wanted a working refrigerator.

I did not have high hopes but was I ever surprised! Kevin Brown himself came out to service this fridge. He diagnosed the issue quickly. He then ordered what he needed, showed up when he said he was going to and FIXED it! His office even called to check on me and my refrigerator the next day.

Their knowledge and great customer service is authentic and absolutely FANTASTIC! I would recommend them 100 times over.
