I had a unit put in about 5 years ago start hearing a loud noise then it stopped heating up so I called that came out.I believe it was around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. let me know that the motor fan was out and that they would be out early the next morning to repair it at no charge due to I had a warranty on it . I guess it was around 10:30 or 11 it was an and up and going before noon I really do appreciate that and all I had to do was pay the service fee awesome service love Cummings heating and air
