I called these guys out to our house and was told that my compressor was shot. They told us that the only way to fix the issue was to replace our whole system. 10,000 + was the price they quoted. Of course, I'm not made of money so I called someone just for a second opinion. The second I called, checked everything out and found that all the freon was removed. He refilled it with freon and lo-and-behold, compressor works fine. Went all last week, upper 90's to 100 degrees with nothing but fans, and all we needed was freon in the first place. Personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Product entirely too high, I was given different prices over the course of 3 days, and they were also very rude. I also have had to pay multiple service charges within 6 months time to fix the same issue along with the part (again). I got my house in 2020 and have been going to them since, very disappointed in how I was treated. Do NOT recommend!

I recently received a bill from this company for $25.01, but I was unaware of the reason for the charge. Upon calling the company, the initial representative informed me that the charge was for a filter change. I inquired as to why the technician did not contact me prior to installing the new filter, especially since I had previously purchased filters from the company and had a sufficient supply on hand. The representative became defensive and stated that if I did not wish to pay for the filter, the charge would be removed, but the company would no longer service my home. I requested to speak with a supervisor, as the representative's behavior was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the supervisor, who identified herself as Christy and claimed to be the owner of the company, was equally rude. She interrupted me repeatedly and refused to allow me to express my concerns. As a loyal customer of many years, I was disappointed by the company's lack of courtesy and poor business practices. I had continued to use their services for bi-annual maintenance, paying approximately $250 annually, without ever receiving an additional bill. I believe it is essential for the company to understand that servicing a customer's home and then billing them without prior notification is not acceptable. A simple courtesy call to advise the customer of the need for a filter change and to request permission to bill them would have resolved this issue. Instead, Christy's final response was to remove the charge but inform me that the company would no longer service my home. I am disappointed that the company is willing to lose a long-time customer due to their lack of customer service skills. I do not recommend this company!

My experience with Cummings Heating & Cooling in Forrest City, AR, has been one of the worst things that I have ever gone through. Their work on my heat and air situation has been horrible and scary. They were also w-a-a-ay overpriced with me.

I hired them to remove an old gas heating and air unit and replace it with an electric unit. I asked for something that would get really cold in summer, really hot in winter, and that would run quietly. That is not what I got. They brought the unit to my house in the rain, installed it in the rain, and one of them was working on top of my house in the rain, so they got rainwater inside of the unit. The rainwater turned into moldy/mildew water and that turned into moldy/mildew air. That is what they had me breathing for months. It took them 9 trips before one of them found the moldy/mildew water inside of the unit.

Then Tony, the owner, claimed he was sending the coil to the manufacturer to be sprayed with a gold epoxy to keep the mold from growing in the coil. Not true at all. I talked to Trane, the manufacturer. They said they did not spray their parts. Then Cummings Heating & Cooling in Forrest City, AR, put a chemical in my house without my knowledge or consent. The chemical blew out of the unit and over everything in my house. It got in my airway, lungs, and eyes. Within 24-hours I was so-o-o sick. Within 48-hours, I could barely get out of bed. I contacted Tony by email, again, and asked him to get this stuff out of my house. He did a lot of gaslighting and still did not remove this stuff.

They also damaged one of the "Whirly birds" on top of my house when the guy was working up there in the rain, and they have sealed the ventilation inside of my house. Now my house is not ventilated at all. I'm trying to make it through this Arkansas heat living out of one room with one portable air conditioner.

The owner, Tony, is still refusing to refund my $9,250, after all the damage they have caused. He said he would remove this stuff and refund me if I brought him an air quality test. I finally had the air quality test done, with chemical analysis on the particles that came out of the unit. That is how we found out about the chemical that he had Tanner put into my house.

I now know that it was (Based on the TVOC sampling analysis - elevated levels of MOTH CRYSTALS (P-DICHLOROBENZENE BASED. DICHLOROBENZENE (MOTH BALLS) is Carcinogen (IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM RESIDENCE). He put the crystals in my house, and these crystals cause cancer. See the picture of the air quality test below. Now I need to remove this unit PLUS all ductwork to get the chemical out. I'm also out of money for a portable air conditioner, Hepa 14 Air Purifier, and running back and forth to doctors for the health issues that their work caused.

My life has been turned upside down because of this company.
All of this damage was done to my newly remodeled home. Now the chemical is all over everything, so everything has to be cleaned again.

Beware y'all. I really hope they don't get to do this to anyone else. This has been, and still is, a scary experience. It's not finished yet because all of this still needs to be removed and my life needs to be put back to normal.
