The tech showed up checked it out, said blower motor was bad and then didn’t have the part. Also their office didn’t have the parts so would be 3-4 days to come in. There is a communication issue between techs in the field and the manager, would not recommend at all. Called another a/c repair company that carries the part all the time because it’s a common part they replace, repaired same day.

After not receiving a return call from my regular guy, I stopped by Greers Ferry Heat and Air on Friday and spoke to Rance. After explaining my situation, Rance went beyond the call and made sure that we didn’t have to endure the extreme heat over the weekend. The technicians were scheduled and arrived on the same day and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

They were very knowledgeable could answer all my questions and I know things about HVAC systems my father used to do that so I appreciate them explaining some things that were different. They were friendly and they addressed all my concerns and that is for three different units two different households Got me up and running. Everything is nice and cold now.🙌🏻 they’ve done excellent quality service every time I’ve used them. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I received quotes from 5 different companies for a new HVAC unit. This company was the cheapest quote by 3,000 dollars! Not only that but they had 0% financing. After the paperwork was done they scheduled a date a few days later and installed my new equipment, and removed my old equipment. They were quick and professional, probably the best experience I’ve had with home repairs in a long time! Definitely would recommend their services to any of my friends or family.

Greers Ferry Heat & Air replaced our HVAC system in 2019 and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. We’ve used them ever since for annual service, minor issues, etc. The techs are awesome … knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Today, the crew performed annual maintenance and, as always, they were great and did outstanding work. Highly recommend!

These guys were great and very fast! Job was done in 30 minutes!

Guys arrived here and immediately cleaned one of the two mini split systems in garage and diagnosed second unit problem. Part had to be ordered and advised they’d return when part arrives next week. Very polite and efficient.

Tech returned my call almost immediately and told me he was on his way. He was very polite, professional, and took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. I was sorry about the timing because I believe he had just completed his calls for the day and was headed home. I felt guilty, but very appreciative, about extending his work day, especially with the high heat we are experiencing. Hope we don’t need your services again soon, but you’ll be our first call if we do.

Fast, friendly, and reliable service! Installed two units in our new home. Called today with a concern and they had technicians here working within 30 minutes! Got us fixed up and even helped me with my thermostats! So thankful for the quick response with these low temps coming in😃

I called about 9:00 this morning because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. By 10:15, these guys had fixed the problem and left. They were also super nice!

Let me tell you a little something about what I’ve been through the first time dealing with this company. They came out and supposedly fixed my AC but when they left it was still not working. I tried calling office but by the time they left office was closed. I have been calling there after hours dispatch every 30 minutes for almost 4 hours and can not even get a tech to call back. I spent damn near $600 to be told it was fixed and it’s 85 degrees in my house and no one can sleep because of this and they refuse to come fix it. I highly recommend not paying them until your stuff is fixed for sure. Or probably just call another company.
