Update Unit is in and working well, the guys that came out, had in completed in half a day. If you need anything done with your unit be smart and go with Greers Ferry heat and air first, you will not regret it.

I love these folks. They were quick to come. Gave me reasonable repair/replace option. We chose to replace. They helped with financing and were quick to get my new system installed. their price was better than other estimates as well. 6 months later we are still nice and cool!

The install/tech guys are troopers. There was a communication snafu at the beginning. But, they got it cleared up and came back and finished strong.
Materials prices have doubled (thanks to tariffs), but I feel like we got a good price for our needs.
I would recommend Greers Ferry Heat and Air for your needs. They stand behind their work. And the work is quality.

Trent & Robert installed our mini split today in less than 3 hours. They were prompt and very professional. Very pleasant young men and I highly recommend them and Greers Ferry Heat & Air for all your Heat & air needs.

Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.

Greers Ferry Heat and Air will show up on the exact time they say they will. I’m impressed with their work. A few years ago, they could’ve overcharged me as some companies would, when I only had a few extra ounces of Freon in my big house unit, which was preventing my house to cool, and they didn’t charge me a dime to let out a couple of ounces of Freon. I was sold at that point. Two years ago they installed the new Samsung units for my watercraft bay and they’ve been doing excellent work for me since.

While the technician was incredibly nice, I have a mini split that was not cooling. I called Greers to come look at it. They inspect the system and agreed that it was odd to be empty of refrigerant. That first call was over 300 dollars. A week later I’m having the same issue, this time a leak was found that was not found on the first visit and I was charged again for something missed on the first call or left with a cheaper 400+ dollar fix or nearly 5k to replace install a new unit. I really wanted to work with a smaller locally owned company but this experience has turned me away forever

The technicians were very knowledgeable in installing my mini split unit.They arrived on time and did an awesome job. This crew of guys were the BEST!!! I’m very glad I found Mr. Rance and his company, GREERS FERRY H/A, through the website. Will definitely recommend his company. 💯

Call them out because the Vivint thermostat wasn't turning the heat on correctly. They fixed it for a couple days and then it went back out. They charged me $300. Then after it went out, they came back out that the interior of control board wasn't speaking to the unit correctly. They just quoted me $85 for a service call fee and an additional $340 for labor. So to sum it up, the part is covered under warranty, this is not for parts. So $725 not including parts to come out and change an interior control board basically. I'm in a real estate and I can tell when I'm getting fleeced.

Left message with After Hours and they retuned the call in under 45 min and was at the house next more and got things going quickly… and it was just 24 hours before the winter storm coming. Awesome experience

Greers Ferry Heat & Air were fast to respond When our heater went out. As soon as the compressor came in, they came out the same day! Love the Service and the friendliness of both the office and the employees. Highly recommend!

I cannot convey my level of satisfaction here in just a few words. From the first phone call all the way to install was a level of customer service you just don’t see any more. I may have paid more for my mini-split than I wanted to but now it was worth it. The installers were respectful of both me and my home.
