Called Tyce to get some tree's trimmed and stuff. Got a good price and he did a great job! I would definitely recommend!

I can depend on the cleaning service provided which is always done very well. Plus the communication from the office if the service provider cannot come on the appointed day or if a change is necessary in the schedule. This is appreciated very much.

Unfortunately out of the three times my parents had a scheduled cleaning they did a poor job on the first visit and cancelled on the other two, with one visit having little to no notice. I have a Mother in the hospital and my father has dementia and we clearly stated we needed some consistency with he visits. Incredibly disappointed by the level of care and service.

We owned a professional residential cleaning company where we just moved from. I can honestly say, Amber did a great job. I'd love to have her as a training instructor. We received a more than fair price for the work and the owner, Bob Hebert, came and explained their service and gave us a quote on site. I highly recommend Village Housekeeping! Greg A Ford. HSV

Although I cannot comment for the type of cleaning this company offers, I can definitely comment on the lack of responsibility, accountability and inability to even show up!

My husband had reached out and spoken with Bob (the owner) and met with him at our rental house to go over his company coming to clean our house. They set up 2 different appointments, one for yesterday, Friday the 23rd and another time for August 2nd. The appointment for yesterday was easy, the house is already clean we just wanted it to be given a quick once over prior to our guests arrival. After my husband meeting with him Monday I had also emailed Bob and reminded him of Friday, I then spoke to Bob on the phone and he said yep either him or his assistant would be going by. Not sure why they wouldn't send a cleaner, but I'm assuming just because it would be minor little things if anything. He assured me he knew and that him and my husband had already spoken about it. Now, fast forward to Friday, my husband sent Bob a text to see when he might be going to the house, no response. At 6 my husband then calls Bob, who tells him he got busy with phone calls and just forgot, he even had a reminder set, he just forgot. (This would have been our very first appointment with him or his company, so this was just unbelievable or acceptable.) He then proceeds to tell my husband he would stop by the next day, Saturday to check on it before our guests come. He tells him if he sees anything he would contact my husband. Now, what exactly will he call to tell us? We live hours away, why wouldn't he address the issue? Isn't that what we would be paying you for? After this I was done, if you can't show up for day 1 then there is no need for a day 2, clearly this company is unable to stick to schedules.

My husband then reaches out and let's Bob know we will be terminating our contract with his company and we will not need him going forward. My husband text him a little before 7pm letting him know, and emailed him. At 10:50pm Bob finally responds... An apology? Nope! Understanding of our frustration or concerns we would have with his company? Nope! Instead came across rude and basically made it sound like we should feel bad that he had a busy day! Listen sir, the lack of professionalism or accountability is horrendous!! I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone I know or meet. Atleast not if you want them to show up.

I hired this company to finish our parking lot & concrete pad under Gas Canopy. Once the concrete dries up we will come back finish the rest of parking lot. I pay them full invoice. But know he saying that we have to pay more to finish the parking lot. Kind of cheating & try to get more bucks out of me. Not a professional job. Learn the lesson always keep some money under until finish the complete project…….😡

As a home builder, excavation and foundations are the most important part of the home. Having Seth and his team work for us is a honor and they always do a great job. They work very hard and are very fair priced. I wouldn’t have anyone else do excavation for me.

We hired Seth to come out and build a gravel pad for our RV. He came out promptly and did a very good job. He left telling me if there were any problems that needed to be fixed he would come take care of it, no problem.
After about 3 weeks we decided we would like to widen the pad to accommodate a larger metal carport than originally anticipated. We called Seth and he told us "no problem" and that he would be out within the week to do the job. Two weeks later we called to ask about it, and he said he was sorry and that he would be there the next day to do the job. A week later, we called and asked about it and was told he got busy and that he would be there on Friday to do the job. Another week passes and nothing! Called and left a message, no return call. Called 2 more times and no return call. Sent a text message, no response. He completely ghosted me.
So after 2 months I decided to call someone else to do the job. They came out promptly and were very nice and really tried their best to get what we wanted done, but I don't believe they had the experience to do the job properly. The pad is now uneven and holds water, and i am afraid the first hard rain is going to wash it away. If only Seth would have followed through with what he said he would do.
Seth is good at moving dirt but, professionalism goes much further than just that. Either you tell the customer "I'm sorry I don't have time and can't do the job", or you say "I'll do the job" and you do it.
After the initial job, I referred a fried to Gross construction for the same type of job. He called and set up an appointment with Seth, and guess what..........he was also ghosted.
Not acceptable.

Gross construction is a great company to work with. From clearing the property to finish grading. Gross construction has a great team of men to take care of your needs.

Great job would highly recommend them for any construction projects. Excellent job grading the roads and adding a crown and compacting to prevent washouts. Also added drainage in areas to minimize future erosion. Also rebuilt our shooting berm in the impact area to minimize erosion from rifle rounds and rain. They are very good at recognizing where drainage is needed and how to construct it to minimize water damage from heavy rains. They are also great at bringing the right equipment for the job that needs to be done. They installed several culverts in places to prevent flooding and cut down a hillside to construct a parking area for us. Their crews also built several covered concrete based shooting platforms for the long distance ranges. They did an excellent job in all the projects they were involved in and were very timely at completing them. Thanks for the good work. Excellent to work with. Great company.

Great company to get your projects done!! I had a lot of property work done on my rach and Gross Construction did a great job on cutting roads up mountains, built my building pads, cleaned underbrush and driveways. Highly recommend this Company! Seth Gross runs a great company!

Cannot recommend this business enough! As a contractor in both commercial and residential construction the foundation of the home/building is the most crucial step in build. Seth takes care of our business in lot clearing, grading, digging footers, pouring concrete, etc. He can do it all. Will absolutely continue using Seth & Gross Construction for all of our future construction projects.

Used to be a good company and then was sold to people who have zero idea about electrical company is going under fast most of the workers here are amazing people and know alot about ehat they do but the new owners are running the company into the ground

Our A/C unit went out so we decided to get mini split unit. They came out same day and got us squared away, its been so hot. Very helpful, professional and kind people. David came out quoted us and had 2 other men come out within hours. He answered many questions before, during and after install. These are our go to guys from now on. Thank you all for what you do.

Part of the electricity went out at my parent's home in Hot Springs. We called countless places to get an electrician out and most of them said not today and one even said not until next week. This was the only business that came out the same day and very quickly. The serviceman was very friendly and professional. He informed us exactly what the problem was and that the issue was actually with Entergy. Being that my parent's Central AC unit was not working due to the outage in this 100° weather, it was really important to find out what the issue was.
