I've never seen someone bring a mat and cover their feet to keep the mess out of the house before and they fixed My AC wonderfully. Left their card and they said they're 24/7 so I'd definitely call for emergencies. Thank you guys again!!! :)

I had a great experience using Daniell Heat & Air! The technician was very knowledgeable and she never tried to sell me anything either. She fixed my issue very quickly and my pocket book came out nearly unscathed. I was stressing about how much it could potentially be to repair, but with this warm weather hitting it had to be done. When I saw the invoice it was a breath of fresh (cold) air! I'm glad I called Daniell and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Awesome job!

They came out on the day I called them and got our AC working again. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt like their prices were fair. I've heard horror stories of other companies showing up and without even trying to diagnose the problem telling people well you just need a whole new unit for 10k, but that wasn't the case with Daniel heat and air. They truly seem like a good company for all your heat and air needs and they were very good at sending updates on when the tech would arrive. I would definitely recommend them.

I had Daniell Heat &Air replace my complete air and heat system. They are a very professional and the work they did was great. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their heat & Air.

Scheduling the appointment was quick/easy and my technician, Beth, was kind and helpful. Late July’s a terrible time to have A/C issues, so Daniell Heat & Air thoroughly impressed. I’m happy to continue working with them after this first issue and will be recommending them to friends/family based off my first service and experience with them.

Richard came out this morning to do our duct cleaning. He was professional and did an excellent job. He cleaned up
Afterward and left us like he’d not even done anything. We recommend him highly.

I continue to be very happy w/ Daniell's home system maintenance service and in particular Beth Mitchell, their service technician. Explains everything so I can understand and always does a great job.

Fast and friendly service every time! I cannot speak on their prices because our repair was covered by manufacturer warranty. But, twice they have come to repair an ice machine and both times the service was extremely fast... a day earlier than expected this time! And their refrigeration guy is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products he works on. I hope that we never need to call for help with something NOT under warranty, but if we do, I know we can count on Daniell Heat & Air for fast efficient service! Thank you!

Emergency call for reach in freezer. Promptly showed up. Figured out the issue and temporarily fixed the problem until a part comes in few days. Awesome folks. Great tech. Thank You!

So, about three months ago I attended a Hot Springs Chamber “After Hours” and they had a drawing which I won! Today Daniell Heat and Air installed my prize…. Under cabinet lighting!

I want to thank Daniell Heat and Air for this fabulous Christmas gift. The technician Greg was great. Now all I have to do is paint the cabinets and walls.

Jeff came out around 2pm on a friday, was very professional and redignosed the issue that was going on and basically, it was wired incorrectly. I would definitely recommend Daniel Heat and Air for all my HVAC needs.

Cole was an outstanding technician! Very pleased with his diagnostics and honest advice. Even though I did not pursue their recommendation, I would highly recommend them for any options available.
