My husband and I are first time home buyers and chose Dale with Sterling Home Inspections, he was quick to respond to my email and answer all my questions, he was able to get out to our property for the inspection within 48 hours of initial contact and I had my report by that night which I really appreciated. Dale Foster was a great home inspector. We had him look at a new construction home and he was very knowledgeable. Found issues all over the house from roofing, plumbing, and electrical. He even came back out for a small fee to make sure the repairs were done correctly. My boss recommended him to me, and I’m recommending him too
