Brandon Sykes was our Atech technician today and last week. He was here for two reasons: problem with refrigerator and dishwasher. His knowledge regarding both problems was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with each and advised repair to the refrigerator and gave us an estimate on the dishwasher -- both Samsung appliances (don't buy).
He was here to day to repair the refrigerator -- great job, done efficiently. In addition, he was clean-shaven, neatly dressed, and courteous. I would have him back anytime to meet our appliance repair needs. Regarding the dishwasher -- we are determining whether to purchase a new appliance or repair this one -- weighing heavily on the side of purchase because the one we have is a Samsung.
Atech is fortunate to have Brandon Sykes as an employee. Treat him as well as he treats his customers. Way to go, Brandon.

Kenny Fliming, was great! He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and he showed up early. Kenny was very nice, quick, answer all my questions and took care of me real quick.
Price wasn't bad and I will be using ATech again and will request Kenny Fliming.

Fast, responsive, professional, friendly, highly experienced and highly competent. Did a great repair (next day!) on a troublesome dryer. Wow. Thanks A-Tech and Marty Robertson, our repair person. Don't bother to call anywhere else!
